First, let's define what it means to be a Pureblood. A pureblood is a person who has no muggle/muggleborn parents or grandparents. That's how you get Purebloods that are not part of the Sacred 28. For example, the Potter family were known purebloods, but not part of the sacred 28, as people believed that they had mixed with muggles at some point, meaning that they were not traditionalists. Even traditionalists cannot prove themselves to be entirely pure as they usually just choose to erase the evidence of muggles from their lineage. So no "pure-blood" wizard is completely "pure."

The Weasleys, no matter their liberal views, were, at some point, still quite traditionalist, at least for a time. Cedrella Weasley (nee black) may have been a stepping stone in their history, as it should be assumed that Septimus Weasley and Cedrella actually loved each other, seeing as Cedrella got blasted off the Black family tapestry for marrying a "filthy blood-traitor." We can also guess that Septimus' parents and grandparents were a little more liberal as Septimus was already considered a blood traitor.

Born to Cedrella and Septimus Weasley in 1950, Arthur Weasley was definitely a canon blast ahead for the Weasley family. As the youngest of three brothers Arthur, Bilius and another of which we do not have the name it is not surprising that Arthur didn't inherit the main family vaults, which would probably have more valuable things in them. That or both of his older brothers died, leaving him the scrapings of their leftovers. Arthur with his fascination for all things muggle ended up marrying another pureblood witch named Molly Prewett, who he later nicknamed, "Mollywobbles."

Molly and Arthur had seven children, six boys and one girl, in age order it was, William Arthur, Charles, Percy Ignatius, Fred Gideon, George Fabian, Ronald Bilius, and Ginevra Molly. Charles' middle name is not known, although there is a good chance of it being Septimus or Molly's father's name.

Each of their children went on to marry and have children, except for Fred, who died, in the second wizarding war. And Charles who chose to focus on his work.

Yeah... information. Basically all of it's canon, except for the twins' middle names, which haven't been confirmed as canon. But the fandom has basically decided that it's fact, so f*ck JK.
