Trip to the schools cafe!

no ones pov...

We all started to eat and enjoy the meal that we had but soon we were reminded that we were still stuck in school without knowing what is going on or anything...

Shuichis' pov...

the food was good and our friends Kaito, maki, Gonta, and Kiibo went outside to fight away the creatures while we are just here with Kaede thinking of a plan for tomorrow and we have had some great ideas for tonight I still had to risk going with Kokichi to the schools cafeteria i still don't think its a good idea but we need food so I can't really complain

we had stopped talking with Kaede and I went up to Kokichi who was just sitting o his desk faced down

"Hey... Kokichi you alright" as i said that Kokichi immediately looked up and said with a sad voice and face that he is just thinking about things "oh okay wanna talk about it?" i asked him as i was looking into his eyes "a-ah s-sure," Kokichi said becoming red. as he said that i took a chair from another desk and moved it right opposite of Kokichi "so what's in ur mind Kokichi??" I asked him. Kokichi looked away and blushed "u-uh i was just t-thinking about going on a little walk" Kokichi said "Kokichi...you know it's not very safe out there.." i said worriedly. "yeah ik but we have to go out there anyways so why not go rn so we don't have to go later?" Kokichi asked. I sighed.

10 minutes later...

"Are you sure you guys are gonna be okay?" Kaito asked concerned "well i hope so but we cant cancel it" i said while looking back at the other while i was also holding the door know to push it open "yeah.. well good luck you guys" Kaito said "i waved and pushed the doorknob down to leave the room with kokichi.

We walked down the now quiet hallway while having weapons in our hands in case some zombies attack us or smth... Kokichi who was right next to me was holding already up his bat to attack the zombie it was awkward we just walked "gonta, kaito maki and kiibo sure did a nice job to get the zombies away i cant see non" Kokichi suddenly broke the silence "y-yeah.. its a little suspicious tho-" at that moment i saw a zombie walking around in the distant i took kokichis hand and quickly but quietly ran past the zombie downstairs we hid behind some drawer cause in that floor where the schools cafe was, were wandering around many zombies and it would be too risky to just walk/run past them. I looked at kokichi he was really focused on the zombies to notice me looking at him seeing his hand softly hold the drawers side was cute "i wanna hold his hand" i said accitentally out loud

"......"

Kokichi looked at me blushing and wide eyed "U-uh i-i ment like to protect you so uh you- i mean uhh i dont want you to run off or anything" i said loudly while blushing and waving my hands infront of my hands in protecting manner

Right when i finished saying that i saw zombies coming our direction "K-KOKICHI RUN!!" We both stood up and ran dropping our gear accitentally without noticing and ran to the direction where no zombies were while having many zombies following behind us.

We saw some door and quicly ran do it opened the door and ran inside it closing and locking the door behind us. we breathed heavily until finally we both catched our breath

"U-uh Shuichi" Kokichi said as he looked down to our hand direction blushing madly i quickly let go "O-oh sorry" i said embarrased "N-no its oki i k-kind of..liked it...." kokichi lookes away blushing while holding his held arm to his chest. "Y-yeah..." i said right after him amd looked down smiling

"A-anyways what are we gonna do now..." i asked getting Kokichis attention "w-well we cant get out trought the door 'cause zombies are still banging on the door trying to get....u-us" Kokichi said worriedly "ah! Dont worry we will figure something out i said grabbing ahold of Kokichis small shoulder in reassuring way "y-yeah" kokichi smiled from the look if it we are in janitors closet..

As i was thinking hard about the gear and what to do next i noticed that kokichi has already started to investigate the room so i joined him "N-nothing" Kokichi looked at me while having tears in his eyes "N-no dont worry look at the bright atleast we aren't outside with the zombies" i said sweating "w-what are we gonna d-do" kokichi started sobbing "n-no dont cry its okay i am here" i said hugging kokichi took ahold of my jacket strongly while holding his head on my chest and softly sobbing

He must be terrified i am scared too tho.. i dont wanna die i am the same as kokichi right now so i understand his pain and i am gonna keep him safe with me!

"Kokichi i have a plan!" I said getting kokichi to look at me
