Imagine||Ethan #1

It started with a laugh. A laugh that drew me in straight away. A laugh that belonged to a certain man named Ethan. 

I had been at a random party that I had been invited to when I first heard it from behind me, as soon as that melodic sound rang through my ears I was instantly intrigued to see who the owner was. I turned around to see a group of guys but one had stood out, it was the sound of his voice, the eyes, the mass of ginger hair on top of his head. It was his laugh. 

Our eyes met and my heart stopped, I'd never believed in love at first, to me it only happened in books and movies, but as soon as I saw him, I knew that he was something special.

And damm was I right. He is so special.

After that night, we talked and talked. We went on dates and fell for each other more and more each day. We hugged, we kissed, he became my boyfriend and my best friend all in one. He treated me so well, he looked after me through everything. He was my everything.

That brings us to the present, we stood at the alter in front of all our friends and family. Saying our vows and becoming husband and wife. My heart was pounding, my stomach full of butterflies but a huge grin on my face. His eyes were watering and a huge grin matching mine. 

We were at the reception laughing and having an amazing time with everyone. We were listening to best men's speeches as he had picked all the sidemen since he didn't want to choose one. Then Ethan got up and thanked everyone for coming and saying how much he is in love with me, making my eyes water for the millionth time today. 

Half way through the night, I got up on the stage as I had an announcement to say. So, I got everyone's attention and started, "First of all, I would like to thanks everyone for coming to witness me committing my self to the love of my life, and that it means the world to me that you are all here." I took a breath and continued, "I would also like to tell you all something. including Ethan since he has no idea what this is about." I looked at Ethan who looked really confused before proceeding, "So, obviously me and Ethan are starting the rest of our lives together on this very day, and this is also the day that we're starting our family." I finish, placing a hand on my stomach and looked nervously at Ethan.

Suddenly an even wider grin appeared on his face as if that was even possible. Then he screamed so loud that the other side of world could probably hear him, "I'M GOING TO BE A DAD!!! YASSSSSSS, FINALLY" I smiled at my new husband and went off the stage to hug him.

And all of this, because of a laugh.

A/N: So idk what it is but I really like Ethan at the moment, I wasn't that into him before like last week but he's growing on me a lot.
