You were at Will's flat watching 'Beauty and the Beast' with Gee and Mia on the sofa. Will, George and Alex were filming a video in Will's room. You had lost interest in the film about 30 minutes in when a certain masked alpha male started to fill your thoughts.

You and George had always had a special kind of friendship, always jokingly flirting and being more touchy feely with each other. The only difference between you both acting this way towards each other is that for you, it's real, all the compliments and harmless innuendos you've directed to him over the last 3 years of knowing each other, you believed them all. 

It wasn't real to him though, he missed the times when you would blush at the words instead of laughing them off like he does. He doesn't see the hurt in your eyes when he puts "only joking" at the end of his sentence or see the way your heart breaks when he calls another girl 'fit' or 'Peng'.

You were simply just in love with the guy, it scared you. It scared you how much you were willing to do for him, how much it would hurt if he rejected you or got a girlfriend that wasn't you.

And then he did.

He got a girlfriend.

Her name was Amber, she was pretty. But that was all she really had going for her, she didn't want George, she wanted his money. His fame. 

She hated when he spent time with his friends, and especially you. There were many occasions where she would "accidentally" spill her drink on you when you all went out, or call George to hang out when she knew you were meant to have plans.

And every single time, he would blow you off for her. It got to the point where you didn't even bother trying to make plans with him.

The movie was almost finished when the doorbell rang, tearing you away from your thoughts. Will came through the living area to answer the door, you craned your neck to see who had decided to come over at 2am. 

You heard her before you saw her. 

The high squeaky voice that make your whole body shudder.

You heard Will quietly groan and then saw Gee and Mia roll their eyes when they realised who was here. Their reactions made you snigger.

Her heels clicked on the laminated flooring, while will was carrying her coat and bag like a donkey behind her, looking ready to throw them out the window at the first chance he got. 

As soon as her eyes landed on you, a dirty look instantly wiped across her face making you turn back to the TV rolling your eyes. Alex and George submerged from Will's room to see who had arrived. When Alex saw Amber, his small smile instantly turned into a scowl before he came to sit by you hoping she wouldn't acknowledge him.

However, when George saw her, he instantly grabbed her and kissed her making the rest of you fake gag and Alex covered your eyes before whispering in your ear,

"You shouldn't have to see this torture, not when it should be you up there," you giggled and lightly slapped his arm. Everyone knew of you're liking for blue eyed man, apart from George that is. 

Once the lovely couple (note the sarcasm) had finished eating each others faces, Will suggested watching a bit of YouTube. So everyone settled down on the sofa, chairs and floor etc. and you started watching all different types of channels.

After about an hour of watching, Amber's phone rang and went to the bathroom to answer it, which you all thought was kind of weird but didn't question it.
