I hope this chapter isn't too boring without our beloved star 😋 but he has some stuff he's gotta work on 🤫

Y/N crawled into bed, her stomach bloated from over-stuffing herself with Jin's delicious meal, exhaustion finally taking its toll as each muscle in her body ached in unison.

Despite her entire world seemingly on hold as her husband wrestled with his demons, she couldn't help but to smile, feeling the love that he must have experienced from his group members, no, family members, growing up. They had taken care of her well, showering her with hugs and cuddles, lending their ears, and making sure she didn't have to take care of anything.

Still, her heart ached for Jungkook and the normalcy they used to know. Big changes had never been her friend, Jungkook's either, typically causing them to shutdown and become hyper aware, all the while playing the worst-case scenarios over and over in their head until the change became familiar enough that they could breath again.

This time, it wasn't simple. It wasn't a matter of getting used to the new norm, the question was more like will they ever reach the new norm. Once he was treated and back home she could find ways to get used to it, he could too; she was sure, but them being in limbo was a brand new frustration.

She browsed the internet and found rumors of his trip to the hospital, and although some fans were posting that they contacted BigHit demanding answers, she knew their requests were in vain. BigHit had no say so anymore, the contract was broken and Jungkook could address the fans himself once he was better, if he chose to do so.

Suddenly, there was a knock at her door and J-Hope popped his head in, "Hey girl, you doing alright?"

"As good as can be, I guess." She answered him honestly, giving him a half-smile.
"Okay, get some sleep, we'll talk in the morning. Sweet dreams!" He smiled brightly at her as he waved and closed the door.

J-Hope returned to the room he was staying in with Yoongi and plopped on the bed. "She's going to sleep now but I'll check on her in a little while just in case, but if you don't mind, would you check on her after I fall asleep?"

Yoongi nodded his head, "Yeah sure, I'll be up half the night anyways....these songs are getting harder to write....I've lost all inspiration."

J-Hope clicked his tongue, "Well, if for no one else, write for you. We've all had a rough time, it might make you feel better to express your raw emotions without having to censor or worry about anyone else hearing it."

"Yeah, I'll do that." Yoongi smiled.

The next morning came and so did a call from Jungkook's doctor. "Mrs. Jeon, his treatment is going well and I believe he no longer suffers from psychosis; however, he's still got a long ways to go, but he wants to talk to you and I think it should be fine as long as you let him control the conversation, hold while I put him on......"Y/N?" His voice was child like.

"Jungkook, hey baby."

"I'm sorry....I realize I scared you pretty bad....Baby, I would never hurt you, I swear I wasn't going to do anything to you.....I love you."

"I understand and I know you love me, I love you too and I just want you to focus on yourself right now."

"Don't worry about me...I'm feeling better now. I just wanted to make sure you knew I love you."

"Of course, baby."

Everyone had gathered around the table, carefully making sure they didn't clank any plates or glasses together as they pretended to eat breakfast while eavesdropping on Y/N.

Y/N turned around and took her place at the table, "He's getting better....he just wanted to let me know he loves me and wouldn't have hurt me."

"We knew he wouldn't do such a thing." Jimin nodded.

"He wouldn't," Namjoon added, "But you never know what our minds are capable of when we can't control them."

Jin nodded, "It's true. The Jungkook we know couldn't hurt a fly without feeling bad for it,"He took a bite of eggs and waived his chopsticks as he chewed, "But anyone of us could be capable of anything if we were suffering mentally."

"I agree." Jhope finished off the last of his juice and wiped his chin, "It's hard to imagine.............Y/N, you must have been terrified....I know I would've been."

Y/N shrugged and Jin patted her shoulder, "Yes, I was. He didn't seem like him...it was like a complete stranger, but he's getting better and I can't dwell on that, I have to be strong too."

"Y/N, if you don't mind me saying, all these years I couldn't imagine a partner for Jungkook." Jimin giggled, "It seemed that no one would be able to match his strength or determination....his understanding or compassion, but you two fit perfectly, you were made for each other."

Everyone clapped at Jimin's compliment and he rolled his eyes in embarrassment.

"Thank you, Jimin. That was really sweet." They returned to shoving eggs and pancakes in their mouth's when Yoongi cleared his throat, "I couldn't find the right time to say this, so I'm saying this now....I'm leaving BTS."

Jin put his chopsticks down, closing his eyes and nodding, "I am as well....I won't be going today. There is no BTS without all seven of us and it feels like we are forcing it."

"Exactly." Yoongi agreed. "We weren't in it for the money and fame, so who cares? BTS was a phenomenon, made up of seven men with an extreme passion for music and entertaining...without seven, we are just another group trying to sell records."

"Does anyone else feel this way?" Namjoon asked.

Jhope scrunched his face, "I may....it just doesn't seem right...continuing on without us all. I'd rather go solo. BTS was seven and I want to remember it that way."

"Yes, and I believe the fans do as well. It's less hurtful that way."

"Then I'll get on the phone with PD right away." Namjoon exited the kitchen as he dialed the number on his phone.

Jhope laughed nervously, "So it's done, huh?"

"I guess so." Yoongi answered, "But we should do one last live chat with Army."
