Clay shook his head as he, Tig, and Bobby walked into the Charming Police Department. Wayne had called him as soon as the girls were brought in. When Clay asked if he could post bail, Wayne had said that it was complicated and that they should come in and talk. Wayne met them at the information desk and nodded to all three men before pointing at Bobby.
"I hear that Shiloh Harris is your old lady?"
Bobby frowned before nodding. "Yeah, that's right. What's this all about, Wayne?"
Wayne motioned for them to follow him before turning and walking down the hall toward the holding cells. "Earlier this afternoon, Luann, Gemma, and Shiloh were having lunch at that new Italian place that just opened. Apparently, when Luann got up to go to the restroom, a man stopped her and tried to talk to her. She took offense to that when he said that he recognized her from an old movie and wanted some personal time with her."
Bobby nodded as Tig snorted. "I'm assuming that Luann told him what he could do with his offer."
Wayne shook his head as he stopped at the metal door dividing the holding cells from the rest of the station. "No, she didn't get a chance to. The woman he was with, I'm assuming his girlfriend, got in Luann's face, saying that they shouldn't let people like her in decent restaurants." He sighed. "She took a swing at Luann but before she could make contact, Shiloh grabbed her arm and pushed her back into her seat. The asshole hit Shiloh and Gemma clocked him."
Bobby cursed under his breath. "So what are we looking at here? Are they being charged?"
Wayne shook his head. "Not as far as I'm concerned but I'm waiting on David to check in. The happy couple wanted to press charges against Gemma and Shiloh, but he's informing them that if they do, there will be counter charges pressed against them." He grinned as he opened the door. "I'm sure they'll see it our way."
When the men walked into the holding area, all three women turned toward the door. Bobby cursed again when he saw the bruises forming on Shiloh's cheek. He stepped up to the bars where she was standing, reaching through to gently touch the injury.
"You okay, Prissy?"
She nodded, rubbing her cheek against his palm for a moment before breaking contact. "Yeah, he hit like a girl."
Tig and Clay chuckled as Bobby shook his head and grinned at Shiloh. Wayne pointed at Luann and chuckled. "I tried to tell Luann that she didn't have to be here since there were no charges against her, but she refused to leave the other two."
Clay and Tig nodded in approval as Bobby snorted. "Of course, she didn't. She's SAMCRO, man." He pointed a finger at Wayne. "I want the asshole's name." When Wayne shook his head and started to speak, Bobby shook his head. "He put his hands on my old lady."
Tig grinned as David walked into the holding area. "You might as well tell us, man. We'll find out anyway."
Wayne sighed and nodded as David stepped up to the cells, unlocking each one as he spoke. "The charges have been dropped. Since the other two started the altercation, we won't be pressing additional charges. You ladies are all free to go."

Shiloh shut and locked the front door as Bobby walked into the kitchen. She threw her handbag on the couch and followed behind him, leaning against the counter as she watched him wrap ice up in one of her kitchen towels. She bit her lip before nodding to herself.
"Look, Bobby, I know you're probably pissed but honestly, I just did what I should have. Nobody has a right to talk to anyone like that bitch did to Luann."
When Bobby turned to her, she saw that he was grinning instead of the frown she had expected. He stepped closer and laid the ice pack against her cheek, staring down into her surprised eyes.
"Darlin', I'm not pissed at you. You did what a good friend and old lady would do." He shrugged and chuckled. "It's kind of hot, actually."
Shiloh snickered as she pulled him closer. "Oh yeah?" When he nodded, so did she. "The kids are both staying with friends tonight."
Bobby smirked and stepped even closer, crowding her back into the counter. "Yeah?"
Shiloh nodded. "Yeah. If you wanted... " She took a deep breath before continuing. "Why don't you stay the night?"
Bobby smirked as he played with the top button of her shirt. "I don't know. I may not want to leave after just one night."
Shiloh chuckled quietly as he leaned in to kiss her on the neck, directly below her ear. "Who says you have to?"
Bobby reared back and looked at her in surprise. "You know what you're saying, Prissy?"
Shiloh nodded before throwing the ice pack in the sink and grabbing his hand. She walked backward as she pulled him out of the kitchen and down the hallway to the bedrooms. "I do. You belong here, Bobby. Stay."
Bobby grinned and suddenly pulled on her hand, causing her to smack into his chest. He chuckled and nodded as he lowered his head to hers. "I thought you'd never get around to asking, Shi."
