The next morning, Bobby was in the kitchen, mixing up a batch of banana muffins, when he heard the front door open and the sound of the twins arguing about something. He chuckled to himself as the voices faded down the hall to the bedrooms, followed by the sounds of doors opening and closing. Soon, doors re-opened and the sound of feet returned from the hall. He was closing the oven door when Jacob appeared in the doorway, looking surprised to see Bobby standing in their kitchen that early.

"Uhh, hey Bobby. What are you doing here this early? Where's mom?"

Bobby cleared his throat and grinned at the teen as his sister appeared beside him. "I spent the night and your mom is still sleeping, so keep the noise level to a minimum, okay?"

Dani started grinning even as Jacob frowned. "What do you mean you spent the night?"

Bobby shook his head as he poured himself another cup of coffee. "I don't really think I need to explain that to you, son. You're not an idiot." When Dani snickered, Bobby winked at her. "However, we probably do need to have a conversation about some things. Dani, why don't you go wake up your mom?"

When the girl nodded and disappeared back down the hall, Bobby nodded to the kitchen table. While Jacob sat, he quickly made a fresh pot of coffee then joined the boy at the table. A few minutes later, Dani came back in with a yawning Shiloh following her. She smiled and ruffled Jacob's hair before leaning in for a kiss from Bobby. While she made herself a cup of coffee, Jacob looked at both his mom and the biker.

"So what's going on that we need to have a conversation?"

Shiloh sat down beside Bobby and looked at him. When he nodded, she turned to her kids with a grin. "Well, what's going on is that I've asked Bobby to move in." She held up a hand when Jacob started to speak. "I'm not finished. Now, yes, I've already asked him and he's agreed but your input is important as well."

Jacob sighed as Dani looked from her mother to Bobby. "Are you going to get married?"

Bobby shrugged. "We don't know. We might, but if we don't, it won't bother us. We've both been down that road already." He reached over and laid his hand on top of Shiloh's, smiling at her. "What we have right now works for us. Maybe down the line, we'll change our minds. Who knows?"

Jacob looked at his mom with a serious face. "You good with being an old lady? You know what comes with that."

Shiloh nodded. "Yes, I do. I know what can happen and I'm prepared to face whatever comes."

Dani grinned at Bobby. "I have one question. Why do you call mom Prissy? I've been wondering."

Shiloh chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, me too actually."

Bobby smirked and shrugged. "I'm an Elvis impersonator. Elvis' old lady's name was Priscilla."

Jacob snickered as Dani rolled her eyes and Shiloh groaned. "For some reason, none of that surprises me."

Bobby laughed as Jacob grinned. "Do we have to call you dad?"

Dani smacked her brother on the arm and shook her head. "Well, I wouldn't mind." She smiled at Bobby. "We never really had a dad."

Bobby reached across the table and squeezed her hand. "Well, sweetheart, you can call me dad if you want."

Jacob stood up and stepped away from the table. "Well, I gotta get to TM. If you need help moving your stuff later, let me know." He smiled at his mom before chuckling and pointing at Bobby. "See ya later at the shop... pop."

Bobby chuckled as Dani told her brother to wait up. When the front door closed behind them, Shiloh let out a breath and leaned into Bobby's side. "Well, that went easier than I thought it would."

Bobby nodded as he ran a hand through her hair. "Yeah, it did but I think they know that I love you and that I wouldn't do anything to hurt you."

Shiloh grinned as she looked into his eyes, seeing nothing but love shining back at her. "I love you too, baby."
