Adrien's POV

I woke up with a banging headache. Was it all a dream? Am I just imagining a twisted adventure? If so, I need to get my mind checked out.

I had a quick shower and got dressed. Everything was quiet around the house, like it normally was.

The next day (it was a Sunday and I don't do Sunday's)

I got changed and went downstairs for my breakfast. Father wasn't sat down, which wasn't a surprise if I'm being honest. It was only if there were photo shoots, he was leaving for a while or he was disappointed in me.

Natalie was stood beside the table with her tablet and her usual stern glance towards me every now and then.

I sat down and started eating.
"Your father has given you the day off Adrien," explained Natalie, looking at her tablet the whole time. "But you are expected to attend school."
"Understood," I said before continuing to eat.

I felt like my world was ripping in three. I can't talk to Marinette about the future, my father doesn't talk to me like a family does and Ladybug won't give me any details about her identity. The last part doesn't really matter but it does sting.

I finished breakfast and walked upstairs and into my room. I packed my bag and reappeared only to be ushered into the car and taken to school.

When I got there, Marinette was with Jonas, Kleo and Emma. I gulped before arriving towards the group.
"Hey dude!" smirked Nino.
"H-hey."

Alya frowned but with a smirk. She was plotting something. Something evil. Something bad.
"I just remembered that me and Nino have to study for that science test," said Alya, still smirking. I dropped my head in shame. I knew it!!!
"There was a science test?" gasped Nino.

Alya grabbed his hand and pulled him away.
"WHAT SCIENCE TEST?" yelled Jonas, as he ran after them.
"I'm gonna join them if I want to get decent grades," groaned Kleo as she followed.

Emma stayed put, admiring the piece of work her group had created.
"So... uh.... how's.. life?" stammered Adrien.
"G-good. W-w-What about our life- I MEAN YOUR LIFE?" cried Marinette.

Emma smirked and Adrien tried his best to act cool.
"A-a-aaaaaarrooouuunnnddd about the uh same," he said, with a clumsy smile.

Marinette turned to look at Emma who was fangirling in the background. She hesitantly turned back to find Adrien gone. And then Emma was gone.

"Something is fishy. Very fishy," said Marinette suspiciously. She walked up to her first class and sat next to Alya in her usual seat. She spotted Jonas and Kleo glaring at each other and Emma looking smug.

"Very fishy," Marinette muttered.
"What was that?" asked Alya, turning to look at her best friend.
"N-nothing!" cried Marinette.
"Ok. Anyway Nino..."

Marinette opened her sketchbook and began sketching the clothes they wore. The kids wore clothes that hadn't been made yet.

Ms Bustier came through the door with a huge smile on her face.
"Everyone, we have another exchange student. Please meet Lee Moore," exclaimed Miss Bustier as a boy came in the classroom.

"Alya, can you please sit next to Juleka and Lee sit next to Marinette," instructed Ms Bustier.

Marinette lowered her head in shame. So, Lee is here. The final piece. Meaning... the war has just begun...
