The Udakus Part 3

It's been a week since Lena fainted and Erik finding out she was pregnant, but the baby was growing faster than expected which made Lena three months along. Shuri kept monitor on Lena and the baby while she was still in a coma. The baby grew a little more and Lena's belly was stretching out. Erik hasn't had sleep in a week and he was tired.

T'Challa offered to watch Lena, but he refused. He laid in bed with her holding her swollen belly as his baby grew more everyday. "Lena..please wake up"
Shuri heads in the room and leans against the wall looking at her cousin Erik worried just like he is. "Jaka.."
"Hey anything yet?"
"Well the baby is growing rapidly.. Lena is three months along already within a week..she might have to have a c-section once the time comes around to deliver the baby while she is in a coma so she won't have complications"
"Complications?"

"Lena has absorbed a lot of the herb in her body than a person can take plus she's carrying your child too which makes her more weak and the baby is feeding off of the herb.. if we woke her up to give birth, Lena could possibly hemorrhage and she could die"

Erik started tearing up "There has to be something we can do"
"All I can do is find ways around this until then, she has to stay in a coma until I can slow this baby down from coming so soon"

The Next Day
Erik finally falls asleep in the middle of the night in Lena's bed holding her. He wakes up after noon and Lena is still asleep when Shuri runs in the room "Jaka, you won't believe this.. I found a way to slow down the baby's growth and Lena can have a normal pregnancy"
"How?"
"I have an antidote that I have been working on for a few days, and it passed for Lena to take"
"That's good can we do it now"
"Of course I have it here to put in her iv"
Shuri places the antidote in Lena's   iv and waited for the medicine to take effect. Shuri monitored the baby while the medicine was processing through her body. Twenty minutes later, Lena opens her eyes slowly and grunts "Where the hell am I?"
"Baby? you're in the lab"
"What?"
"You fainted a week ago.. you were in a coma"
"A coma? why?"

Erik looked at her and took a deep breath putting his hand on her belly
"Because you're carrying our child"
"What?! this soon?"
"Well I can explain it when you adjust waking up okay?"
"Okay"
Erik pecks her lips "I'm glad you're awake..I never left"
"I know you didn't"

As Lena adjusts waking up an hour later, Erik and Shuri explained what happened to her and the antidote Shuri gave her.
"So our baby was growing fast because the herb in Erik was stronger while he was in heat?
"Yes Lena once you conceived, the baby grew fast and your body couldn't handle the stronger herb inside your body which has stopped and it seems the baby will be here in six months"
"So if we decide to have more children, I have to take the antidote again Shuri?"
"Yes especially if Erik is in heat around that time"
"This didn't happen with Sariah"
"Well that was different Lena.. once you and Erik had sex after he got the herb, it started flowing through you.. how come your eyes started glowing blue all of a sudden..it was Sariah, but it was you too"
"So chances are Sariah's eyes can glow just like us and our baby?"
"Possibly yes.. both of you have it but I'm not sure what color they will be.. we will find out later on"
"So what happens now?"
"Keep you here overnight to check on the baby's growth and see if the antidote is working and check on you Lena especially carrying another royal"

Lena smiles and rubbed her belly and looked up at Erik "We are having a baby Erik"
"I can't wait..I'll be here this time when the little prince or princess is being born"
"Okay Shuri, could we keep having sex since Lena's pregnant?"
"Are you in heat?"
"No not anymore"
"Then yes.. if you do go in heat again, make sure Lena comes here to get her antidote"
"No problem my baby is up now and I'll enjoy rubbing Lena's belly..it calms the baby down"
Lena shakes her head "And the baby is spoiled already"
