The worst cry is the silent one,
The one deep in your gut,
When you have to bury your face
deep into a pillow
just to keep quiet,
the tears burn,
your vision blurs,
When you can't breathe,
and you wish the mattress would just swallow you whole,
so you could disappear from reality.
