Tinkerbell flew closer towards the damp light through the dark, cold window.

Her light glowed brightly against the pane glass, shimmering in the night. "What about this one? She gives me a special feeling about her," said Tink. Prilla flew at her side, eyeing at the girl who slept quietly, curiously.

"Hmm..." Prilla thought, "There's nothing unusual about her."

"Really? Cause 'it's not like I got mainland-clapping talent." Tink said, puzzled.

Prilla shrugged and hovered side to side. "All I know is that this girl believes in us, that's all." She started looking up at the night sky. The moon was fading through the murky clouds and the horizon was being lit up by a tiny candle.

"Come on, Tink, we better go back before Queen Ree knows about this."

Tinker bell nodded in agreement and finally said, "Do you think we... or should I come back here?"

"Maybe..." Prilla replied cautiously. And with that, they flew out into the morning air-- their glow illuminated like balls of sparkling light, twinkling at the second star at the right-- till morning.

"What a strange dream I had", I said out loud, as I yawn in the sunlight out my window.

It was a sunny monday in June and all the kids got a day off for three months of school. Usually, my family would go somewhere for a vacation or do something fun, but this year for me is pretty boring.

I sat up on my bed, frowning, thinking for a moment. In my dream, I was in Pixie hollow and I spotted Never fairies darting everywhere. Although I didn't see them clearly, one of them looked familiar, like I've met them before.

I'm not sure, but it felt real and magical. It's hard to believe in fairies especially for a girl age twelve, turning thirteen in two months. I finally got off my bed, groggily, but all of a sudden I tripped on one of my little sister's stuff animals.

Oof! I felt a little pain on my knee as I got up, brushing off some dust. "Stupid stuff animals," I muttered and left my room.

After brushing my teeth, and heading downstairs to the kitchen, I stopped and caught an aroma of scramble eggs and toasted bacon floating around in my nostrils. My mouth watered at the smell and sound of the sizzle in the pan. Someone is cooking, I thought and checked to see who it was.

Damian, my oldest brother, was cooking some breakfast and noticed my presence when I came in. "Good morning Lily," he said.

"Morning," I replied. Damian likes to call my nickname sometimes, if he's in a good mood. But he also calls me by my real name too, which is "Lilianna."

"Did you already eat?" I asked, half asleep.

"Yup, woke up at eight fifteen," he answered.

"That early?" I said in surprise. I looked at the clock and it was eight twenty.

"Angelia hasn't woken up yet," Damian told me.

"Huh, I didn't notice" I replied and sat down on my chair.

"Time to wake up those brain cells and start to eat" Damian said cheerfully. I almost forgotten that I was hungry and grabbed my fork and spoon. Soon, Angelia and came in smelling the warm air coming from the stove.

"Looks like we've got one more hungry mornin' costumer" I joked.

"Nah, I'm pretty sure Angelia doesn't need my help" Damian responded. "In case she's eating somethin' else."
Angelia is my baby sister, she's only four and starting pre-K this year. Angelia can be annoying but she's also funny sometimes.

Suddenly the doorbell rang. I quickly turned and checked the curtains. "Who is it?," Damian asked.

"Amanda," I replied.

As soon as I opened the door, Amanda shouted,"Hi Lilyyyyyy!" and tackled me straight into the ground. Angelia saw what happened and giggled and clapped her hands after I got up.

"What's going--" Damian said but Amanda already started tackling him onto the floor too.

"Heeelllloooooo Daaammmiaaaannnnn!," Amanda said happily out loud.

"Whoa right there," Damian sat up and gasped. He finally caught his breath and said,"So, whats she doing here?"

" Just to hang out with Lily of course," Amanda responded and smiled.

Damian frowned, looking right into Amanda's eyes. "Umm, we were just about to go into our room," I said to Damian, narrowing my eyes to show him that it was fine to let Amanda stay here for a while. Amanda was one year older than me and she's sometimes quiet but most of the time she can act crazy. She has short black hair and wears glasses. Even though she's taller than me, I feel like I'm about to tower over her in a few days.

I opened the door and turned on the light into my room. A trail of bright glowing dust trailed outside my window in a flash. I rushed towards the window, looking for the trail of glowing dusts of light.

"Are you okay, Lily?," Amanda asked.

"Uh, I'm fine," I replied.

But I couldn't help looking back at the window. Something was at the window, I'm sure of it! Something or someone is spying on us but I don't want to tell Amanda. She'll probably laugh or think I'm crazy if I tell her that I just saw a fairy.

"Doesn't look like your fine. What are you looking at?," Amanda said and frowned in confusion.

"I just thought I saw something, out the window," I replied.

Amanda shrugged. "Maybe it's just your imagination."

"Yeah," I laughed, still unsure. " I guess your right."

Little did I know that a tiny little fairy was watching me.
