New day

*groans
It was about 8:30 in the morning.God I hate waking up. I got up and put some jeans and boots and a grey shirt.
I picked up Lola and fed her.
"Good girl" I whispered to Lola.
People were still asleep and I was the only one who is awake. I grabbed a leash and putted on Lola. Wow she gotten so big quickly, I thought. I took her outside to sniff around.
"Hey, good morning" Cole greeted rubbing his head.
"It's weird that I haven't seen any walkers yet" I said.
"Yeah, wonder where they go?" Cole told himself.
"Wanna get some breakfast?" I asked him.
"Yeah, I'm hungry" he answered. We walked over to D9 and grabbed some waffles and ate some.
"So, what do you want to do today?" I asked him.
"Um, do you want to go out on a supply run again?" He asked me.
"Uhh.. Sure" I answered.
Claire walked out of the room and went down stairs.
"Hey babe" she kissed me.
"Me and Cole are going downtown." I told her.
"That's fine as long as you are safe" she said.
"Alright, let's leave at 10" I told Cole. I went up into my room and started spreading out my stuff.
"Rifle check, extra ammo check, some canned food check, a pistol check, and last my knife check" I checked everything.
Mike walked into the room in his boxers on and a t-shirt.
"Hey, can I feed Lola?" He asked.
"Yeah sure, but I want her to try some real food." I said.
Mike grabbed some wet dog food and put in the bowl.
Lola walked over and started to sniff it, then eat it.
"Alright, good girl" Mike smiled.
I also gave Axel some wet food too, then head outside.
"Hey you better be careful" Claire told me.
"I'll be fine, I'm just going to see the fence is strong enough." I kissed her and head to the fence.
"Pretty tough huh?" Cole said behind me. I turned around and realize he was dressed already in his boots and t-shirt and a pair of jeans.
"Yeah, we did a good job " I said.
Cole went into his room to see Lindy.
I went upstairs and saw Mike playing with the dog.
"Hey, you boys want to go on a supply run with me and Cole?" I asked Mike.
"Well uh I'll go, but Bryce said he wants to sleep in today" he told me.
"Okay go get your stuff together." I command him, Mike left the room and I went into the bathroom and looked under the sink and there was a radio, I grabbed and turned on.
* if there are any survivors out there, all the creatures are in Panama City Beach
The radio said over and over, I shut it off. Panama City is like 9 hours away and I kept thinking we should be fine.
~~ 2 hours ~~
"Alright, you got everything?" I asked Mike.
"Yeah a water bottle, one can food, an axe and a knife, oh yeah also my rifle here" he rose his gun up to show me.
"Alright let's get Cole and Axel." I said. I went to my room to open the door for Axel, Axel came out barking happily, put him on a leash, then went down stairs.
"Okay y'all ready?" I asked.
"Yeah" Cole replied.
"Let's fill the vehicles first then leave." I said. We filled the bike and the truck and left.
