chapter 4

"No no no, stop. Get off of me." I whimpered squirming from the guy as he clicks his teeth trying to bite me. I kept trying to push him away. His blood is getting all over my body.

Where the hell are my friends? Where's my brother? Someone please help.

Suddenly the guy is kicked off of me by Mike, who is helping me off the ground. I kept crying, that was the most terrifying thing I experienced.

I ran over to the side and threw up. The blood was so warm and sticky and gross making me gag even more to think about it.

I looked over noticing the guy is slowly getting back up. I glanced at Mike wondering what we should do.

"Come on, Claire let's get out of here." Mike grabbed me by my elbow pulling me out of here with my bucket full of supplies. I sniffles as we ran to Randy's jeep. Everyone looked so worry. I jumped into the jeep with Mike. I hope the dead guy didn't follow us.

I start to hyperventilating due the blood all over me and the thought of that person who tackled me.

"We all thought you were right behind us. Are you hurt? Are you okay?" Mike touched my shoulders trying to look into my eyes. My eyes were too watery to see. I looked out the window continuing hyperventilate.

"Claire, please look at me." Matt pushed my chin towards him looking at me. "Breath after me." He breathed in and out, I followed his breaths and finally calmed down. I closed my eyes for a sec shaking my head.

"I could've died." I winced at my own comment and looked away, everyone was staring at me but Randy who is keeping his eyes on the road. That guy died and came back alive. It didn't make sense at all. This isn't real.

"You're okay now." Matt rubbed my shoulder, making sure that I know that I'm okay. "You're okay." Matt whispered once again pressing his forehead against mind.
