hansol and seungkwan were still sitting on that bench.

"so, what should we do? do you you know how long it'll take them to get here?" seungkwan asks, playfully pushing hansol off the bench so he can stretch out his legs.

"i don't know to both." hansol says, gruffly. not happy about having his seat taken away.

"sleep, maybe?" seungkwan suggests, taking note of the cool air and sunset.

"i mean, maybe? as i said, i don't know how long it will take them to get here. they could be here in like, an hour." hansol says.

"come on. really? it'll take them at least two hours. maybe more. and we can't stay out here forever. night's taking over." seungkwan states.

"yeah. i guess. we could get a hotel room for a few hours?" hansol asks.

"yeah! sure. i know one. come on, follow me!" seungkwan leaps up from the bench and takes hansol's hands in his own.

hansol looks down at their intertwined hands and smiles.

                                           .......

"hansol, come on! we're here!" seungkwan said, pulling hansol towards the building.

their hands were still intertwined.

not that hansol minded.

you see, on their walk here, he had realized something.

hansol thinks he has a thing for this blonde boy named seungkwan.

he didn't think much of the feeling before because he didn't think he was into males.

he had a girlfriend in high school, though that relationship didn't last long.

but now, he was confused.

he didn't want to except it, though there was no way he couldn't.

well, he needs to give himself time to think.

and besides, does seungkwan feel the same way?

if only he knew.
                                         .......

hanosl was woken up by a sharp tug at his arm.

they had checked in, seungkwan persuading the receptionist, that they would only stay for a few hours, for free. she finally agreed, both males thanking her profusely. when they had gotten to their room, they immediately kicked off their shoes and hugged at the warmth of the duvet.

now, hansol was awake. very awake. he wanted  whatever was tugging at his arm to go away. he grunted and swiped at whatever was disturbing him for a few seconds until he realized that it was seungkwan.

he shot up from the bed, eyes bloodshot and wide, hair astray.

"oh my god! seungkwan, what is it?" hansol exclaimed as seungkwan dragged him out of the bed.

"come on, we have to go!" seungkwan says, fumbling for his shoes.

hansol suddenly comes back to reality.

two hours

he checks the bedside clock.

11:00

oh my god, hansol thinks.

they slept for five hours.

they said that they'd be out in two hours.

hansol's eyes go wide as he fumbles for his own shoes. he finds seungkwan on the floor in front of his own bed, struggling to tie his laces back up.

"seungkwan! calm down!" hansol says, taking a seat across from seungkwan with his own shoes.

"you need to calm down, okay? everything's gonna be fine. the pilots probably trying to find us now."

hansol pats seungkwan on the back as he takes deep breaths.

"okay. okay, oh my god. i can't believe we slept five hours. we said we were only going to sleep for two hours." seungkwan says, finally tying his laces correctly.

"me neither, seungkwan. me neither." hansol says.

they finish tying their shoes and hansol helps seungkwan to his feet.

hansol checks the room to make sure they haven't left anything.

hansol nods at seungkwan and they both leave the room, leaving the key in the door.

they go down the elevator, jittery.

they sneak past the receptionist desk, looking so totally not suspicious right now.

they exit the hotel, the cool air welcoming them.

"where do you think it is?" seungkwan asks, eyes slowly adjusting to the darkness.

"i don't know. you go west, i'll go south. if you can't find anything that direction, go the opposite." hansol says.

"but what if we find it? how do we inform the other person?" seungkwan asks

"i-i don't know. we meet back here in an hour, i guess." hansol says.

"okay. good luck." seungkwan says to hansol, giving his hand a reassuring squeeze.

"same to you." hansol says before turning around, surveying the building tops.

                                          .......

little did they know that that aircraft that they were trying to find would never come.

                                          .......

"hey, taeyong?" haechan asks.

"yes? is there something wrong?" taeyong asks, still looking at his computer screen.

"how many aircrafts did we send out?"

"five, I think. why?" taeyong asks, now looking at haechan.

"oh. well, weren't there six teams?"

"oh." taeyong says, mouth agape.

"yeah. what are you going to do about it, sir? the rest are already on their way to Incheon."

"eh. leave them there. they have nowhere to go. just make sure the others get to incheon by morning."

"yes sir. i'll contact the pilots. may i return to my desk?" haechan asks, standing in the doorway.

"yes, you may." taeyong replies, looking back at the computer screen.

"hey, wait! haechan, can you check if the points for the fences are still working?" he asks haechan, who comes back into the room.

"yes, sir. is that all?" haechan asks.

"yes. you may go now. thank you." taeyong says, nodding at haechan.

"hope those brats on jeju island don't mess everything up. they can't, right? they have no money to pay for a flight. they're helpless." taeyong says under his breath.
