The (Non)Quirkless Assassin

"And go!" Present Mic shouted from wherever he was, and Izuku immediately didn't start.

"Um, I said go!?"

But they did not.

"So here's the plan..." Izuku whispered into Todoroki's ear a simple yet efficient plan to take down an elite. "And make sure to do the thing."

Todoroki nodded and stepped forward, while Deku scaled the wall and hopped from the rooftops of the fake building until he came to a familiar one. He grabbed a few things he knew we're gonna be there and headed back.

Todoroki confronted All Might and they were duking it out in the middle of the field-Todoroki doing his best to hold All Might back with his ice. Deku ducked unnoticed and planted a few "things" to the wall of a bakery nearby.

"Hey, All Might!" He yelled though he was two feet away from the man's ear. "I'll be nice and give myself a handicap; I won't use my quirk!"

The student in the observation room gasped.

"Oh yeah, I guess it's about that time," Katsuki stated.

"What time?" Asked Kirishima.

"He usually only uses his quirk for short periods of time. He says it's a hassle to have villain underestimate him. He usually only uses in dire situations or one month of the year. Guess that time is up." Katsuki explained.

Back in the field, Izuku leaped and twirled out of another attack from All Might. His brackets weighed him down and he was obviously holding back so it did his punch didn't do as much damage as it could, but still, a few walls crumbled behind him. Izuku landed and immediately sent a rock hard punch to All Might's face, and rolled out of the way when he stumbled a bit.

Just got to get to the "thing". He thought

A sudden ice wall appeared in front of All might as he tried to attack once more. He stammered and that was the moment he lost because second after, Izuku appeared and punched him were the sun don't shine.

"Todoroki, now!" He shouted.

Todoroki incased All Might in a block of ice.

Izuku smirked. "Have fun!" He shouted as he sent an overwhelmingly strong punch to the man's chest, aiming him toward the wall of the bakery.

Kaboom!!

Izuku calmly walked to the exit of the field.
