Forth POV

I was mesmerized when the moon shone on this person's face. Thick brows, almond shaped eyes, cute nose, kissable lips, porcelain skin... Only one word to describe him.

"Beautiful..." I muttered out loud.

It seemed he heard me because he shyly turned away.

"I'm sorry. Did I say that out loud?" I said scratching my head. "I know it was inappropriate to describe a man like you."

"I-It's fine Lord Forth." He faced me back with a sheepish smile, pink tinges on his cheeks. "I'll take it as a compliment."

"You are used to being called as beautiful aren't you?" I teased.

He flushed red even more.

"Maybe..." producing a teasing grin.

"But it's the first time that someone said it sincerely." He chuckled then smiled.

I felt my heart jump again. Damn! I know he's beautiful. But he's still a man!

I shook my head to scurry my indecent thoughts away.

"Anyway, don't call me 'Lord Forth'. I'm just a travelling swordsman, a commoner. You can call me Forth. Just Forth." I hand over my hand.

He flashed his dazzling smile once again and clasped my hand. "Nice to meet you Forth! I'm Beam. Just call me Beam as well."

All of a sudden...

*GROWL!!!!*

Our stomachs grumbled loudly at the same time. We laughed at the coincidence.

"Come on! I know I good place where we can it." He nudged my hand to walk with him. I just followed his footsteps quietly as he lead the way.

We descended a set of stairs then turned right the corner. There, a building with the sign Starstruck can be seen. It was accented by an outline of a star forming the letter 'a' and the starlight tail forming the cross for the 't'.

Before we entered, Beam looked back at me and asked if I'm alright. "You we're awfully quiet." His eyes showing concern.

"Uhmmm... my hand?" I replied with confusion.

He reflexively released our hands and once again blushed. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to..."

"Haha! It's alright Beam." I just smiled. "It did not give me any discomfort anyway." I assured him.

"Let's go in." and he once again led the way.

"Oh Lord Be-" A waitress called the attention of Beam but stopped abruptly. "I mean, Sir Beam! Welcome back!"

"Hello Shun Min! Table for two please!" Beam stated.
