Jimin POV

The flame spread rapidly. A long time ago, I had made sure every other potential exit in the house was sealed and useless. Therefore, making it impossible for Yoongi to escape. Then, made sure to corner Yoongi somewhere before setting fire to his house, and Jungkook was the perfect way to do it. Soon, Yoongi, too, will cease the ability to play the game, and I will be the official winner. Cheers.

We had a good run, and I think I may even miss you, my friends, but there's something else that matters more. Victory. I have now proven what I had known all this time. I'm superior. That's the only reason I started this whole thing. It was never about anything else. I dare say that I never even really cared for Y/n. She was just what I thought everyone's type would be, and of course, I was correct. I knew you all long and well enough to know what you want, and boy was I right. It seemed almost too easy. But alas, it's time to bring this to a close. I have won over all of you. There's nothing you can do about it anymore.

A smirk spreads across my face as I stare at what will bring my victory and glory.

"It ended with a fire last time, too." He smiles to himself.

Soon, everything was ablaze. Such a beautiful sight. I heard screaming which was music to my ears. Just wish I could have seen it, too. After a while, the screaming stopped. "And then, there was one." I spoke aloud.

Before I left, I called the fire department. It would take away from me having something to do with it. A small crowd had gathered outside of the house in worry. I was able to slip out, and play like I had nothing to do with it. Another victory for me. Everything was going my way.

Y/n POV

Today, they would finally start holding funerals for the boys. The first was Taehyung's. It was difficult to get myself up this morning. It felt like whatever was left of me broke further away with every article of black clothing I slipped onto my body.

Upon entering the church, I could immediately hear the sobbing. A light organ plays in the backround, setting a dark mood. Everyone dressed in black, white flowers covered the front of the room, and collage of pictures depicting the stages of his life stood in display. It was surreal to be walking in on this. It felt like I wasn't suppose to be here. It all felt so wrong. I just saw him not too long ago. Laughing, smiling, and living his best life. How was he gone?

It took me a second to find them, but I found his family sitting up close. It wasn't until now that I realized how long it had been since I last saw them. Slowly, I make my way toward them. Tears begin welling up in my eyes again, and with every step, a new memory reveals itself until I'm almost completely broken down.

His family spots me and we exchange greetings. They still remembered me, and comforted me like the kind and loving people I remembered them to be.

The rest of the funeral went on as normal. Relatives and people who'd known him go up to say a final farewell, as well as a few words to everyone about the kind of life he lived. I said nothing though. Everything in me refused to let him go, and something told me that doing this would mean I accepted this tragety. No.

It was closed casket since the funeral was late and there were terrible things that had happened to his body. To spare us the pain, they made this decision.

He was buried. I stayed about an hour after everything was over, just staring at his grave. A beautiful person was taken away from my life. So abrupt. Too quick.

...

A funeral was held for Jin as well, but his was a little less private. He was a celebrity after all, so new broadcasts, fans, and posters were everywhere. Since I was a good friend of his, I was a 'VIP' at the events that took place for him. I walked close to his casket along with other close friends and family. Unlike Taehyung's funeral, it was much more colorful. No one liked the idea of sending him off with darkness and grief, so his family executively decided to treat it as more of a celebration, since everyone knew that it was what he would have wanted. The main color was white, but it was encouraged to wear light pastels, and/or vibrant colors. From a private venue that only people close to him got to attend, the people marched from there with his casket to the graveyard a couple of miles away. I felt bad for the people carrying him. With all of those fangirls, I never would have imagined it being this quiet with all of them together. There was a lot of crying and some loud sobs could be heard, but most just held it in, and walked in silence.

The walk was long and difficult, but we got him to the burial site. The rest went on like a normal funeral. Except ceremonies and goodbyes would continue through the night into dawn of the next day. Candles were lit and the crowds sang songs to him. Lanterns were released and I had never seen anything more powerful in my life. A ginormous group of people coming together, sharing a pain, and helping each other through it as they mourn a loss. Lots more tears were shed that day. At the end, his grave was covered in flowers and incense along with gifts and candles for him to enjoy from the other side. I only hope he's happy.

...

I get home late after an emotional day at about 2 in the morning. I just wanted to rest.

As I open the door to my house, I realize that it was already unlocked, but it was very possible I had just forgotten to lock it this morning. I was on airplane mode since before everything, so it was likely.

Opening the door, nothing was out of the ordinary. Putting everything away, I was about to head up the stairs when, suddenly, a cloth is held over my face. I try to hold my breath as I struggle with getting away from whoever it was, but their grip was too strong. It takes a little while, but slowly, my conciousness begins to fade into nothing. Before long, all I can see is black.
