“SPOOOOOOT! WAKE UP! WE ONLY HAVE 3 MORE MONTHS OF SPRING! DON'T SLEEP THROUGH THEM!” I heard my sister, Luna, yell from the other side of the room, I groaned and opened my eyes a little.

“Just gimme another hour Luna!” I yelled back turning in the small kitten bed.

“SPOT YOU'VE BEEN SAYING THAT FOR THE LAST 3 HOURS!” Luna yelled back.

“FINE I'LL GET UP IF YOU'LL STOP YELLING” I yelled back standing up from the soft wool of my bed, Luna ran into the room.

“Finally, you're up!” She said which made me roll my eyes.

“Yeah yeah, I'll come outside in a minute,” I said walking towards the kitchen.

“Spot you're up already?” I heard my mother ask.

“Didn't you hear Luna yelling?” I asked her, she only shook her head.

“I think I've gone deaf from you kits yelling” she joked, jumping down from the countertop she had been sitting on.

I looked towards the 5 empty bowls, each a different color, there was a blue bowl with "Spot" in graved in it, a purple one with "Luna" on it, a pale orange one with "Dry" on it, a lime one with "Pika" and finally a pink one with "Midnight" on it.

“Where are the house folks?” I asked.

Mom looked towards the door and then back at me “the little one is apparently this thing called “cool?” Wait no that doesn't sound right...”

“School?” I interrupted her and she nodded.

“Yes, and the other two, the tall ones, went out around two hours ago,” she said walking over to the five water bowls, once again each having their own color.

“And, who ate my food?” I asked walking over to the mostly empty bowl. I heard ma laugh nervously before saying quietly “that uh, might have been me, sorry” she apologized and I nodded.

“I'll be outside with Luna and the others” I called out to her as I walked out towards the small cat door. I heard Mom call out a quiet “alright” as I went out of the door.

“GOT YA” I heard someone yell, but before I could see who it was I was on the ground. “No fair Luna!” I yelled at her as she laughed, I rolled my eyes and tried to get up.

“Luna get off of me!” I said, she only laughed again “MOOOM! THEY ARE BULLING ME AGAIN!” I yelled, I heard a quiet laugh before she poked her head out of the flap “calm down you two” she said before she went back inside.

I looked over to our brother, Dry. He had his eyes locked on the large wooden fence.

“Whatcha looking at Dry?” I asked, walking over to where he was.

“Pika jumped over the fence, and he hasn't come back yet” he answered, still not taking his eyes off of the fence.

“W-what? How did he even get over that fence?!” I asked looking up at it, it was at least four feet tall.

“Tree,” he said simply, still not taking his eyes off of the fence, I looked over to the large tree. “Oh” I shivered, I had always hated even thinking about climbing it, let alone actually doing it, due to an unfortunate incident that happened around three or four months ago.

“Uh, Dry, I'm a little stuck here” I jumped because of the sudden squeaky voice, I turned and saw Pika hanging onto the fence, desperately trying to pull himself up.

“Pff you deserve that you dumb” I laughed, Pika just rolled his eyes.

“Should I uh, go get mom?” Dry asked, already standing form where he was sitting.

“No! Don't, I'll get in trouble if Ma finds out I've gone into the forest” he said, panic clear in his voice. “Plus, do you really want to have a huge lecture on how dangerous it is in the forest, and her stories about badgers, foxes, oh! And those savage clan cats?” He asked Dry shook his head.

“Ok then, Just, try to help me get back in before I fa-” if on cue, his claws gave out, and he fell down, a thump was heard, after a while, a quiet “I'm alright! Common guys, I got something awesome to show you” was heard from the golden cat.

“Should we go over the fence to help him?” Luna asked, looking towards Dry.

“Of course, four of us out there is better than just one,” he said, without missing a beat he ran to the tree and gracefully climbed it, not missing a single step.

“How did you?...” I asked, my jaw practically hitting the floor. He looked at me with a cheeky grin “some of us do other things other than sleep, Spot” he said before jumping to the ground.

“You little-” I growled but was interrupted by Luna starting to climb up the large tree “hurry up Spot! Or do you just want to miss out on what Pika wants to show us and go to sleep?” She asked with a slight chuckle as she jumped to the ground and ran after the gray cat.

Yelp here goes nothing. I thought as I jumped onto the tree, dear StarClan I forgot how hard it is to climb trees I thought again as I fell off.

Maybe I should just try to jump over the fence I decided, I backed up and gracefully...

Face planted directly into the hardwood of the fence...

Ow! Curse this stupid fence! They're probably miles away by now! I thought with a growl. “The only option is to, try to climb the tree again...” I said to myself, I shivered what if I fall off and almost break my leg again? What if I don't land on my feet? What if- “SPOT!” I jumped out of my thoughts as I heard the unmistakable yell of Luna.

“Don't tell me you actually wanted to go back to sleep!” She yelled, sounding slightly impatient “No! Just, having some, issues.” I mumbled. I heard a sigh and some mumbling.

“Luna?” I asked “Spot you can literally just use the weird long stool thing, it has steps,” she said from the other side. I turned and saw that our house folks forgot to put their ladder away “oh” I said before running over to it and climbing it with ease, before long I was on the other side and walking with Luna.

“You're such an idiot” she laughed and I rolled my eyes “shut up, you're an idiot too” I laughed

“We're all idiots” I heard Dry say, laughing.

“We are four idiots in a pod!” Pika said happily.

“Now common! We don't have all day” Pika said as he stood up and started walking into the forest.
