Anderson:

I was getting ready for a mission, a small coven of 4 vampires had turned a hospital into a free for all ghoul infestation, and I was asked to take care of it. I had just gotten to the location, and I already heard gunfire and that only meant one thing. Hellsing was here. Great. Ever since Thorn joined them, apparently she has earned her new moniker as Hellsing's 'Blood Angel'. I walk in, and follow the sounds of gunshots, there were three guns in total, from what I could count. I get to where I hear the gunshots, and see a neon blue blur moving around the massive horde of ghouls, slicing them down and moving inhumanly fast, only for me to realize it was too small to me Alucard. The blur gets knocked down, and I see it to be Thorn. I haven't seen her since I dropped her off all those years ago, and damn, did she grow up to be a fucking knock out. She groaned and opened her eyes, only to widen them at the sight of me.

" Padre? The fuck you doin' here?"

" My job. You didn't think I just worked as a priest did you?"

" I thought Tata was lying, but apparently not. We could use your help, be all honest. Tata has the entire top floor, Seras has the one below him, and I got stuck with this mess."

" Step back, and watch a professional hunter show you how it's done, Thorn."

" Ok, veteran, have fun."

She picked up a pair of twin blades, and watched me pull out my own, and after a few minutes of her just watching, she joined in, and it was rather funny. She chose to use short swords, more specificly she chose tonfa. As I moved one way, she moved another, and it looked like we were dancing in the blood and gore of it all. We finally finished the floor, and moved up to the next one, and kept at it until the entire place was cleared. Alucard snuffed out the vampires, and when he saw us talking, laughing, and whatnot, I saw his face get a little contorted in anger.

" So this is why you've finished early. You got help. Father Anderson, surprised to see you."

" Aye, well, the lass here needed help and I figured I'd lend a blade or two."

" Mhmm. Prințesă, ești rănit?" (Princess, are you hurt?)

" Nu, părinte, sunt perfect. Better than ever, actually. I was wondering if me and the good father could catch up and talk?" (no, Father, I'm perfect)

" Be home before sunrise, and stay safe."

" Thank you, Tata. I will be."

He smiled, and she put her blades away into a shadow void, her white and blue hair taming itself into a simple style, a few stray bangs covered her face that framed a new tattoo on her left eye. It was a black tribal pattern, and it suited the draculina. She wore an all white and blue ensemble, A long white trench coat with neon blue straps with a strategic cut to allow maximum movement, black leather trousers and matching buckled boots, and she wore a little eye liner to accent her eyes. She looked like a true neon beauty. We walked out the hospital, and I drove us back to downtown London.

" So, have you fully turned, or are you still part human?"

" Still part human. Turns out I'm immune to vampire venom, so I can't be turned. All it did was make me sick for a few days. Tata felt so bad, but I told him it was fine."

" So how old are you now? Gotta be at least in your early 20's."

" I'm 23 now. It feels nice being an adult now, not going to lie."

" Well, how about we go get some drinks, now that you're of age? Or would you prefer food?"

" Food, please, a hunt always leaves me hungry, and in more ways than one, sadly."

She pulls a small flask from her pocket, and drinks a few swallows, before putting it back in the same pocket.

" Tata said I should carry around a small pint, just to be safe. Never know when I might have a craving.  Seras actually got me the flask, it has my favorite saying on it."

" Which is?"

" Actually it's a psalms quote. I've built up an immunity to holy stuff now, it only slightly warms me, not full blown burn. Psalms 23:4."

" Why that one?"

" I am part undead, death to me at this point is an old friend, so why feel fear?"

" I can understand that."

We got to where I wanted to take her, and we sat down at a table. It was a nice hole in the wall mom and pop restaurant, where they made the best burgers I've ever had. We ordered our food, and Thorn ordered a glass of wine, so I did the same. We talked a good portion of our meal, catching up, telling stories, and I found myself falling for the young lass. She was pretty as a picture, and sweet as she used to be, but she also held an air of power and danger that would make most men ignore her or avoid her, but made a strange excitement grow in my chest. She also looked intimidating, which added to her beauty somehow. Her teeth were still pointed, but not prominent, her eyes glowed a bright scarlet hue, and her skin was the color of peach cream.

" Sânge, I wanted to know something. You want to do this again?"

" Like, eat dinner and talk?"

" Yeah. I love your company, and I really would like to be friends."

" Oh, yeah, I'd love too, padre."

" Please, when the collar's off, Lex is just fine."

" I never knew your first name."

" Huh, well, now you do."

We finished our meal, and I drove her home, 4 hours before sunrise. She looked so damn pretty in the moonlight, and the way she just smiled, like there wasn't a care in the world, it made my heart ache. I left and made it back to the orphanage, went to my room, and got ready for bed, a smile on my face, for not only did I have a perfect hunt, I had a perfect date with the most wonderful woman, who said she would go out with me again.
