chapter thirty-two

Me, Brandon, and Nick go into the restaurant and finish eating. I was definitely more calm about the whole situation than before.

"oh we should probably get going" Brandon says checking the time. We gather our stuff and head outside.

Our tour bus had been packed and was just waiting for us outside of the restaurant. We hop onto the bus and head to the main "living room" area in the back. I open the door and see Zion. He was holding a bouquet of flowers.

"Hey Kc" he says smiling. I pout out my bottom lip.

"aw Z" I say wrapping my arms around him.

"I know how hard this day has been for you and I just wanna say sorry for the way i acted today. I should've been there when you needed me" He says still in our embrace.

"This is so sweet of you" I say looking at the flowers.

"Oh I also got you sour patch kids, hot cheetos, some of those starbucks drinks you like, and i got your favorite movie on dvd so we can watch i-"

I kiss his lips, interrupting his sentence.

"Thank you. So so so much" I say. He softly smiles and picks me up, kissing me.

"Aye, aye, aye. Calm down. That's my sister you're dating" Brandon says. I forgot about him and Nick who were still at the door.

My face goes red. He sets me down and closes the door.

"yeah maybe we should just watch the movie" he says.

We spend the rest of the night in each other's arms watching a movie.

The next day.

We go through the same routine, getting ready for the show, soundcheck, and m&g. Kenzie was out preforming her set. This was usually the time me and the boys get to chill out and open gifts before they were supposed to go on.

"Hey K?" Brandon calls out to me.

"Yeah?" I answer from the couch i was laying on.

"I gotta question" He says moving my legs so he could sit on the couch.

"NICK THINK FAST" Zion and Nick loudly mess around behind us.

"What are we gonna tell the fans?" He asks me.

"oh uh i... don't know" I say. I really didn't like the idea of everyone knowing that Im Brandon Arreaga's half sister.

"You don't wanna tell them do you?" He asks.

"idk B. I just- I don't like the idea of the beanz treating me different just because I'm your sister"

"Nah I get it. But the beanz are like family to me. I think they should know" he says. "but if you aren't ready to tell them I get it"

"Thanks B" I say.

Time passes and they go on stage and finish with the show.

I take my phone out and notice I've been tagged in a lot of videos. They are all the same video too, it was the video Zion posted on his story of him and Nick messing around before the show. I check the caption of the video.

are brandon and kc dating??

DATING?! Why would I be dating my brother? I turn up the volume.

"Nick think fast" Zion says in the video.

"what are we gonna tell the fans" Brandon says in the background of the video. My eyes go wide.

"oh uh I... don't know" I say. The camera is focused on Nick but you can clearly tell it's me and Brandon.

"you don't wanna tell them do you?" Brandon says. Zion laugh fills the speaker and the video ends.

uh oh.

HI sorry for the wait but here's a chapter. i'll try to update once every week? maybe. idk school has been my number one focus lately because i'm having such a difficult time, but i'll try to find time to write. Thank you so much to everyone who comments on each chapter, i appreciate it more than you know and it really encourages me to keep writing.
