                                                                                   Ziva

I run into the house to find it  completely trashed just like our hideout was. "Grammie Anne!!" I yell. I don't hear anything, I quietly walk into the kitchen and see that dinner was on fire, so i put it out by covering the pot with a top. I walk out of the kitchen in to the living it was trashed too. I stand quietly to see if I hear anything. Then I hear a crash come from upstairs and run up the stairs, when I get to the top I stop to see if I hear and some more crashing that sounds like it is coming from Ruby's room. I tip-toe and peak into the room, trying not to get caught. I see two guys just tearing Ruby's room apart but Grammie Anne isn't in there. I walk to the next room and peek inside and see Grammie Anne pinned up against the wall and there was Scarlet's mom standing in front of her.

" You are going to tell where the Siphon is. Or there is gonna be hell to pay." she said with an attitude. "I won't let you get your hands on it Amara, you aren't worthy of having that type pf power." Grammie Anne says then spits in her face. Amara gasps and steps back, then wipes her face. "Me not worthy? Ha! I laugh at you're stupidity. I am more worthy than your daughter was, the little white witch queen, pathetic. All of you are poor unfortunate souls. Maybe I will take Ruby under my wing when you are gone." she says amusingly.

I knew that was my cue. I barged in pushed Amara out of Grammie Anne's way and then grabbed Grammie's wrist and pulled her out the door. "Ruby is in pain and we don't know why" I yell to her. We quickly go down the stairs, as I hit the last step I feel this sharp pain in my back and I look back and there is Amara at the top of the stairs with her hand high and green lighting shooting out of it. Next thing I know is that I'm up in the air and being slammed in to the living room, crashing into the coffee table. Grammie Anne was on her way out the door when she heard me crash into the coffee table and then came running in to help me. "I'm fine go help Ruby." I say as Grammie Anne gets me to my feet. "You can't die, you are her guardian. You need to watch over her not me. I can handle myself." Grammie Anne told me. I am finally up on my feet and Grammie Anne starts to push me out the window. I push back, trying to let her throw me out the window.

"There is no use in running away from me little girl. I have already sent people over to house to dispose of you when you get home. See Anne nothing is going to get in my way. I will find that stupid siphon and rule the supernatural and the boring world as well. Everybody will bow to me!" she yelled throwing her hands, like she had already won something. "And if people don't ?" I ask weakly. She narrows her eyes and says, "Then they die. Can't have people thinking that they can do what they please." she with a smirk.

"So you are going to murder people?" I ask her. "Don't think of it as murder. Think of it as I am speeding up the natural selection process, only selecting the strong and making sure the weak die." she replied back. "If you won't tell me where the siphon is then maybe your granddaughter." Amara said with a smile and starts walking towards the front porch where Ruby had been sitting, not being able to move cause of the pain. Grammie Anne and I look at each other and scramble to get to there before she does. But we were too late.

Amara  had Ruby up in the air, with green lighting coming out of her hands shooting around Ruby's neck. She kept scratching at her neck like she was being choked. "AMARA PUT HER DOWN!" Grammie Anne yelled. "Ohh do I finally have your attention? Tell me where the siphon is or she dies." she said with a cold look on her face. "It's me I am the siphon. It is not a thing, but a person." she says firmly. Amara still holding Ruby in the air, narrows her eyes on us, brings her hands down. When she brought her hands down, Ruby fell to the ground, coughing and gasping for air, I ran over to make sure she was okay.

"Well then you are coming me." Amara said to Grammie Anne with a smile. "Only if you promise, to leave Ruby and her friends alone." she said back to Amara. "Until I have a need for a mermaid, werewolf and a little white witch, fine. Now time to go." she said sternly. "Can I at least tell my granddaughter goodbye?" Grammie Anne asked Amara. She rolled her eyes and said, "yes". Grammie Anne rushed over to us. "Ruby are you okay?" she asked. But Ruby wasn't conscious. "How did you know that I was her guardian? And how does she know that I am a mermaid?" I quietly ask. "Amara is a very powerful witch, she knows lots of thing. Give this to Ruby when she wakes up." Grammie Anne said, giving me a folded up piece of paper. She stood up and walked back over to Amara.
