Chapter 7

I gripped my mothers hand tighter, so she wouldn't let go. "You know, Grannie Anne" Amara says and walks towards her. "You lied to me. You are not the Siphon. My red headed niece is." Amara says and turns towards me. "Let them go." I demanded of her. A creepy little smile came across her face. The doors open and here comes Scarlet with a guard wrapped around her neck, the guard I knocked out.

"Oh darling so glad you can join us." Amara says and kisses the sides of her cheeks, like fancy people do. "So I think that we all need to be properly introduced to each other." Amara says. Scarlet walks towards me and stops about five feet in front of me. "Hi cousin and Aunt. Isn't this great?!" she squeals and runs and hugs the both of us, making me let of my mothers hands. As soon as I let go my mother's hand the guards grab her.

"What do you want?" I ask Amara. She raises an eyebrow. "Well, my little niece, you. Specifically your powers." she says to me. "Fine, you can have them. If you let them all go, Ziva, Killian, Caspian, my father, my mother and Grammie Anne and Cleo." I told her. Amara just starts laughing. "Cleo? My dear she isn't chained up over there, you see." she says and points to where the others are chained up. "She betrayed you, she lied to you. All part of my plan, when I found out that you were the true Siphon. It was confirmed when you turned into a fly." she said to me.

"Ok, everybody minus Cleo." I tell her. Amara gives me a look like she is thinking about that and  says, "Nah, what fun would that be". She nods to the two guards that are standing next to a lever and they pull it. The middle of the room starts to sink with the fire going down also. Now there is this giant hole in the ground with a huge fire at the bottom, with no way out. Guards holding my mother start walking her towards the huge fire pit. "STOP!" I yell and Amara holds up her hand and then the guards stop. "I guess killing her now, would be anti-climatic. Chain her up next to that husband of hers." Amara says and points to the set of chains next to my father.

"What the fuck is your deal?" I yell at her. "That is no way to speak to your aunt. But if you really want to know I shall tell you. I am older than your mother. I should have been in first in line for the thrown and should have been the power of the Siphon. But no, you kill like 5 people , which was a complete accident, you are shamed for life, not given what you are rightfully deserved." she says to me. "Siphon, knew you wouldn't be able to handle it's power responsibly." my mother said to her. "Oh shut it." Amara said to her and waved her hand at her and guards duct taped my mother's mouth shut.

"Then we had kids, you were born with powers and my poor Scarlet wasn't. It wasn't fair to her" she says to me. "It was a theoretical question. I don't care about you, I care about the people who love me and who I love." I snapped at her. "You know you're mother should have taught you better manners." Amara says and snaps her fingers and guards start to move towards me. I throw my hands towards them and my white lighting comes out and shoots right into them. I do this for about 5 seconds and they all collapsed.

"Well should be fun." Scarlet says. "You know Scarlet, I know something about that boy you have wrapped around that neck of yours." I told her. Her eyes narrowed at me and an eyebrow was raised. "No you don't. My hunk and I tell each other thing." she says and kisses him on the cheek. "Oh so he told you what he did today." I said with a smirk on my face. She stares at me for like 10 seconds and then slowly turns her head to the guard, "No he didn't. What happened?" she asked him. "N...not....nothing happened sweetie." he stuttered to get out and shot a look at me. "Oh so you are just going to lie to her. Straight to her face. Since you won't tell her, I will." I said.

"He was the guard that I tricked and knocked out. I tricked him by getting him to make out with me." I told her. She turned her sharply at him. "You cheated on me!?!" she yelled at him, moving towards him and he moving in front of her and now he is between her and the pit of fire. "I was tricked, sweetie. Anyone would have done the same." he said trying to calm her down. "Boy are idiots Scarlet. It doesn't matter if you were tricked, you still were willing to make out with me. It would have been different if I used magic but I didn't." I said to them.
