Could you tell us a little more about yourself?
My name's Kenzie I'm from Canada and currently working as a receptionist.
When did you start writing for the SOA fandom?
I started writing a few years ago maybe 5 (I'm not exactly sure when haha) but I only started sharing my works again in the last year or so maybe two.
Who's your favorite character to write/read about?
Hmmm my favourite character to write about it changes but I'm pretty sure Angel has been the character I have the most stories about. To read about would be Juice. I love that guy.
What do you like most about writing?
The freedom of it.
What is your biggest struggle during writing?
I get a good idea in my head but can't always write it the way I originally planned on so I end up hating an idea I originally loved.
What is your favorite work and why?
Mess her up. It's a love story with Coco about a recovering addict who's struggling with finding herself and letting the man who broke her heart back in.
What is your favorite SOA fanfic written by someone else?
Currently Rivals by Venomis.
What are you looking for while reading a fanfic?
I like to have my attention grabbed in the first chapter. I also enjoy some angst and plot twists that I don't see coming.
What advice would you give a starting author?
Not everyone is going to like your writing, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't post it. Write. Re write and enjoy yourself. It's your story do it your way.
What other fandoms can one find on your profile or do you plan to write about in the future?
Mayans/SOA, Peaky Blinders, Animal Kingdom, Stranger Things. Way back when I started I would write about bands but I don't anymore. And I'm not sure what my future writing plans are, I go with the flow and see what things inspire me.
