Chapter 8: Special Task Force

        "So Army is running Kamabo," Rider grumbled, "Obviously not by his own free will."
"Yeah. I have a feeling that this mystery lady Army mentioned in his log book is behind this," Nana said.
"What do we do!? Last time we went against that place, we were attacked by a mind controlled Rider!" Goggles squeaked remembering.
"Tch, don't remind me," Rider said bluntly. That experience still haunted him.

"I suggest you gear up," a familiar lady's voice called.
"HUH!?" Hachi shouted. They turned around and were greeted by two inking girls in agent gear.
"AGENT 1, AGENT 2, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?" Rider asked in shock.
"We are here to assist you in taking down Kamabo and freeing Prinz," Agent 2 said calmly.
"Yeah, no one messes with Pearl's cousin without a fight!" Agent 1 shouted.
"YAY THE SQUID SISTERS ARE HERE TO SAVE THE DAY!!!" Goggles shouted. Rider growled and both him and Agent 1 wacked Goggles upside the head for what he said.
"WHAT!?! AGENT 1 AND 2 ARE THE POP DUO CALLIE AND MARIE!!!!" Aloha shouted in shock and confusion.
"So much for secret identity," Agent 2 sighed, "yes.... I am Marie and that is my cousin Callie... BUT DON'T TELL ANYONE!!!"

"You have my word," Aloha said, "Only if you give me an autograph~"
"PRIORITIES ALOHA!!!" Rider snapped.
"Right, later" Aloha sighed.

Callie and Marie toss Rider, Goggles, Nana, and Hachi their agent gear and Bobble, Headphones, and Specs their spy gear.

"ALRIGHT, AGENTS TIME TO GEAR UP!!!" Goggles shouted, "i always wanted to say that."

They gear up and get ready for the mission at hand, To rescue Prinz and shut Kamabo down for good.

"AGENT 1 READY!!!" Callie shouted.

"AGENT 2 GEARED TO FIGHT!!!" Marie shouted.

"AGENT 3, LET'S DO THIS!!" Goggles shouted.

"AGENT 3.5 ALERT AND ARMED!!" Rider shouted.
"AGENT 7 PREPARED!" Nana shouted.
"AGENT 8, IT'S GO TIME!!!" Hachi shouted.
"SPY SLOSHER, PRESENT!!!" Bobble shouted.
"SPY SQUIFFER, I'M READY!!" Headphones shouted.
"SPY BRELLA, LEADING TO VICTORY!!" Specs shouted.
"We shout have a team name!" Goggles squealed.
"seriously...." Rider said.

"We are too many people to be a team," Headphones said.
"That's only in turf wars, I mean if we are all geared up like heroes we should have a team name," Goggles said.

"How about The Stupid Sea Stars" Bobble laughed, "Because Goggles is STUPID!!!"
"No..." Nana said.
"Why would we-?" Callie asked.
"Let's just keep it simple and to the point," Rider said. "We are have our unique battle skills and we are completing this mission together.... we are not a team..... we are force. A Special Task Force."
"The Inkopolis Special Task Force, I like it," Callie said.
"I was gonna just say we are the Squidbeak Splatoon but whatever.... way to disrespect gramps," Marie huffed.
"Old Man Cuttlefish, How is he doing!?" Goggles asked.
"Yeah how is the ol' Captain," Rider asked.

"He's doing well-" Marie started, "LET'S NOT WASTE ANY MORE TIME AND SAVE PRINZ!!!!!"

"YES MA'AM!!" They said in unison.

They entered the metro and start to cautiously investigated for anything that might hamper the rescue mission. As they walked through the darkness of the abandoned underground route system, they shined their flashlights around looking for security cameras.
Goggles was singing the entire time, "Who'll save the day, The special agent squad-"
"Goggles, I will blugen your face with my dynamo!" Rider threatened.

"S-sorry," Goggles said.
"Shhh! I hear something...." Hachi said.
"W-what is it?" Nana whimpered.
"I hear them, the sanitized," Hachi said.
"Oh not them again," Bobble whined.
Just then, The agents found themselves surrounded by sanitized octolings, "DESTROY!!"
"AGENTS AND SPIES, INK AWAY!!!" Marie shouted.
The agents and Sanitized octolings drew their weapons and a fight commenced. Shots were fired at the agents but Rider, Marie, and Specs countered them to prevent the ink from splatting the others. Goggles dodged the attacks as best he could, jumping, countering, and diving into his ink to escape. Bobble just charged right at the sanitized with Nana and Hachi, while Callie and Headphones fired at long range. Things seemed in their favor.... If it weren't for Goggles, who was suddenly struck by an unnoticed Sanitized Octosniper.
"GOGGLES NO!!!!" Rider shouted before getting struck himself.
"Rider!" Hachi shouted.
"OH NO!!" Nana worried.
Both of them were shot point blank by a sanitized.
"RETREAT!!!" Callie shouted.
"NO WE HAVE TO KEEP GOING!!!" Marie snapped.

As they began to argue, Bobble and Specs were shot and eventually Headphones was struck.
"WE LOST OUR FELLOW INKLINGS AND BOTH OUR OCTOS TO THE ENEMY!!" Callie argued, "WE HAVE TO LEAVE!!"
"I'M NOT LEAVING WITHOUT A COMPLETE LOSS!!!!" Marie yelled.

This petty argument left them unable to defend themselves from open fire of the enemy. They were both struck as well. The only respawn in the area, belonged to the Sanitized and trapped them within the walls of the facility with no way out, alive.
