I had run to the stairs to think after he hung up Luke started to call my name out. When he realized I was in the stairs he stopped yelling, to not wake-up the other guest. We sat in the stairs for 30 minutes crying, hugging, swearing at our older siblings and just being there for each other. We decided not to tell anyone about the night we had and just keep it to ourselves until it was the right time. We walked to our rooms and just cried ourselves to sleep.
The next morning, I met up with Briana on Deck 10. She could tell that I had been crying.
“Have you been crying?” she asked.
“A bit, ya”
“Why you can tell me,” she said while we were walking to go get breakfast.
“I can’t tell you. I’m sorry!”
“Ok, what did you did after me and Hunter left?”
“I can’t tell you.”
“Why, not? Can I remind you, you were with my boyfriend.”
“I am sorry, I can’t tell you.”
“Did he cheat on me with you?”
“No. I promise”
“Then why can’t you tell me.”
“We promised to not say anything.”
“We? You mean you and Luke.”
“Yes.”
“Leave! You know what don’t talk to me, ever,” she said before running away.
“No, don’t go,” I said whimpering, “I’m sorry. I really am. I can’t tell you, I would if I could! I promise.”
I just ran back to my room crying. On the second floor I, literally ran into Luke.
“What’s wrong?” he questioned with a worry tone.
“I met Brianna, she asked me about last night. I told her I couldn’t tell her what happened. She thinks you cheated on her with me. That’s why I couldn’t tell her what we did because I was a shamed.”
“Oh, I’m so sorry!” he comforted me and gave me a hug, “Where did you see her? I’m going to go talk to her, we got to tell her the truth and we have to tell Hunter.”
“I saw her in the restaurant but she was heading back to her room, but we’re not supposed to tell anyone.”
“Is protecting our siblings who have already wreaked their own lives, worth losing the best relationships we’ve had? I didn’t think so. I’m going; you go back to your room and stay there until I tell u different, alright?”
Luke called the elevator, I waited with him until he decided that it was taking too long and he was going to run up 7 floors to Deck 9 also known as the Lido Deck where pretty much everything happens.
“Brianna!!!!!” Justin hollered, “Wait up!”
“I don’t want to talk to Calleiygh and I definitely do not want to talk to you either.”
“Just please here me out!”
“No! You cheated on me! You bastard! I hate you! I loved you, I really did! Why the hell did you have to go behind my back? It still feels like you’re stabbing me thousand and thousands of times right in the heart were you used to have such a special place. I can’t believe I fell for a jackass like you,” she scoffed walking down the stairs after sitting in the restaurant, drinking lemonade for about an hour and a half.
“Yes, you should be angry at me but not for cheating on you. I love you absolutely love you. I’m crazy about you. I didn’t cheat on you. The reason Calleiygh couldn’t tell you what happened is because we were sworn to secrecy by our siblings, my brother Josh and her sister, Angela.”
“What do you mean? What secret weren’t you aloud to tell me about?”
“It’s not only you Brianna, until 4 this afternoon our parents and I don’t know how long for Juliet, Lexi, Jade, Cameron, Jake, Jane or Leo; could be days, weeks, months maybe or even years, who knows really. Angela, ya, she’s pregnant and already has about five kids, not counting the one she’s pregnant with and the one who was aborted when she was 13. Now 7 children later, they decided that it’s time to get married. So she got in a fight with her sister called her a slut, a bitch told her she was horny and a murderer. I taught my brother a little lesson I told him to learn to keep his dick in his pants and out of some girl’s vagina. That’s why she couldn’t tell you not because we were cheating on you. You mean the world to me Brianna. I love you unlike any other girl I’ve ever liked! You are my heart and soul, my one and only love, I think of you every minute of every day. When I’m not with you, I can’t help but wonder where you are. I want to spend every waking moment with you till we die and even then if you croack before I do I will literally live in the graveyard.”
“I’m so sorry! Please forgive me!” she pleaded giving her a hug, “You’re my whole world, I love you.”
Subsequent to the pouring of emotions and heartaches they made out for about 10 minutes.
“We have to go talk to Hunter now and tell him this wonderfully awkward story," Luke stated, "So this doesn’t happen again but with Cal and him, alright?”
Afterwards they walked to Deck 7 eagerly wanting him to be in his room. To their surprise he was their so Luke told him the whole story, he was shocked. Luke, Hunter and Brianna all ran down the stairs to come and see me. I heard a knock at the door and reluctantly went to answer it.
“I’m so sorry, Cal! I didn’t know, I was so stupid! I’m sorry! I kept telling myself that you couldn’t do this you were too nice. No offense but you and Luke what was I thinking, he’d never be into you. You’re too not me, you’re too you.” Brianna appologised rather rudely.
I smiled awkwardly and pretended like that comment didn’t hurt just a little bit. Anyway I turned around to look at Hunter a face that I didn’t want to punch out and get extremely mad.
“Come here,” he said with his arms wide open, ready to give me a hug. “Everything will be alright. O.K.? Don’t you worry child. Don’t you worry, don’t you worry child; see heavens got a plan for you…” he kissed me and smiled awkwardly.
“You’re funny. I love you, you big goofball.” I told him as I was laughing.
