Chapter 7!

Minhyuk was being spoiled too much, hoseok knew that but he was enjoying the child's company more than he should be.

Just after he finished working at the gym, he rushed out with the kittens in hand and went to the only child care in dongnam, Solar Nursery Care Center. He was mixing in trouble himself but he forgets all of that, as he sees minhyuk rushing out of his schoolroom calling him daddy.

Hoseok was more than overwhelmed by the word, he felt amazing.

Holding the child in one of his arms with him eating the violet cotton candy, hoseok gently carries the cage with the kittens inside. He got them all vaccinated, groomed the little ones because hoseok knows that he is no cat whisperer and bathing up cats who doesnt like the water would lead to a disaster.

"Where should we go minnie?" Hoseok said as minhyuk shoved a piece of cotton candy on his mouth making his heart flutter again.

'I swear this chae brothers will be the death of me.'

"Home? Wonnie is there now." Minhyuk says, making hoseok check the time and almost swear right there when he found out that its almost quarter to nine, bringing the cats to the vet and talking to minhyuk made him lost a track of time.

"Looks like your brothers going to kill me." Hoseok said to minhyuk as he adjusts minhyuk in his arm. Hoseok thought that if they go to his apartment in surprise, well not actually a surprise because hoseok was sure hyungwon already found out that he basically kidnapped minhyuk.

But seriously, hoseok havent thought of this thoroughly and he was nervous with the scolding he would get from the younger boy.

"How bout we get dinner for your brother? What does he like?" Hoseok asks, looking around for a place he could buy dinner for them.

"boys." minhyuk retorted making hoseok pause in his steps before laughing a loud, making some of the people to look their way.

Minhyuk in his childlike mind also laughed with hoseok, clearly not understanding the situation.

"Say minnie, why does your brother likes boys?"

"He told me once that chicken makes him like boys because he's eating a lot of it. He likes chicken too." Minhyuk innocently says as dried sugar covered his lips before shouting, "Chicken House!"

Hoseok who was grinning made an airplane sound as they zigzagged through the people, reaching the chicken house. Minhyuk also shouting ahoy ahoy in his arms.

Hyugwon closed the living room lights before sitting at his couch with his blanket sprawled before him. Hyungwon had already prepared their dinner and the food was now cold from the hours he's been waiting.

He was going to stab hoseok to death, he really would.

As hyungwon lies at the couch, covering his self with the blanket and making himself comfortable. He saw the small yellow note that was plastered a while ago at the light switch of the apartment.

Hyungwon knew that he could just reach out and take the note from the coffee table, but he was battling with himself before sitting up, reaching it.

'Hide your spare keys better, hyungwon. Im getting the cats vaccinated and I dont have your number to call when you left this morning, so I just barged in your house.'

Hyungwon smiled even if he was pissed off, the older man barging in his apartment was making hyungwon mad but he cant help but feel like this was a normal occurence.

Maybe the lack of having attraction or love life for years was making him vulnerable to any human contact but hyungwon was welcoming hoseoks' weird antics.

Hyungwon cant forget hoseoks interaction with his brother. Or the fact that minhyuk was getting attached to him even after just days of meeting the man.

The notion made a crack on hyungwons hard walls. Hoseok was a fucking good man, too good to be exact that hyungwon was left with fluttering feelings.

Hyungwon wont deny that hoseok has good looks. Okay, he was hot. But that was one of the reason he hates hoseok, the man was making him feel things.

And he definitely doesnt like that.

The stares he gives hyungwon or the attempts on talking to him. Hyungwon dont want that, avoided it for months even. Thats why he cant even believe that he was the one who first approached the man.

Now Look what it lead him too.

But now theyre interacting and hyungwon saw that he is more than the good looks, he was good, he guess.

He made minhyuk like him during day one, and that amazed hyungwon. Minhyuk hates people generally, he even hated hyunwoo when they first met. But with hoseok...

Hyungwon accidentally crumpled the note because his heart made a little doki.

But hyungwon denies to notice that, he doesnt like it when people invade his spaces without prior notice nor without his permission.

Hell, the older man even has the guts to kidnapped minhyuk without telling him. It is not fine. Its not fucking fine, theyre not even that close.

But as hyungwon head lies in a pillow, his eyes slowly drifting off to sleep due to the fatigue and workload he had done for the day. He was losing the battle even though he was still left feeling bothered and angry with the intercepting feelings he had from his neighbor.

And so hyungwon finally closes his eyes and sleeps, dreaming the thing he saw earlier.

The thing where minhyuk hugged hoseok tightly and the fact that he felt happy seeing hoseok acting like a dad for minhyuk.

When no one else can.
