We've traveled for several hours without food or water. We were on the dirt road with landscapes around us. "This would have been more easier if we were vampires. Could have gotten to our destination a lot quicker." I stopped, then turned to her with an annoyed look. "I wouldn't have changed you if I didn't have a choice." I then continued to walk again, Demetri was close behind me as he pointed out. "You said you didn't have a choice. Does it mean that you have masters to report to?" I side glanced him and said, "I don't have masters to report to. I just got things to do before anything else." Alec came to my right side and asked, "And what is it that you have to acomplish?" I looked around and stated, "You guys must be hungry," I then beaconed them to follow me when I jumped over a wooden fence to a row of different crops. "come on, there must be food around here." They soon jumped over the fence, when they did I turned to them. "Grab whatever you can, and we meet up here in a half an hour." I made a 'x' on the dirt with my foot. They all looked at each other and went their seperate ways, I soon did the same. About half an hour later we were at the same exact place I had us meet. Each of us had different vegetables, I looked around then asked Demetri, "Demetri can you pull up the crop right besides you from the root." He nodded and did what he was told, he then brought it to me. I bent down bringing it with me, I started to chant. Later water started to stream out of the roots and find their way on the soil. Then it started to shape itself into a bowl and freeze, as more water came it started to fill up the bowl.
When I finished, the others started to sort out the food equally. I grabbed a t-shirt from my bag and dipped it into the water. I then grabbed onto one of the vegetables and clened it with my shirt. After I was done, I tossed the water in the bowl, and cracked the bowl into four peices. I grabbed the root of the plant and began to chant as water started to pour out onto the four peices. When I was finished I gave them each of water for them to drink, they finished with the sorting. I was the first to bite onto my carrot, as the others followed persuit but with different vegetables. "Are you a witch?" Demetri asked as we were around the fire we created. "Yes I am." I replied, it was getting dark out so we decided to stay for the night. Demetri and Alec before looked for dry wood for us to burn, as Jane was making a basket to hold the food for later travel. When they came back we set up fire so we can keep warm. Jane and Alec were now listening to our conversation, "And what is it it that you need from us?" he asked, I looked at the fire more before answering, "I need you safe." I wasn't going to tell them the real reason now, but later I will. Later they others were getting tired and soon fell asleep, I was the last to stay awake. I was reliving past memories as I stared onto the fire.
"Nathaniel, stop! We'll get in trouble." I giggled as he dragged me away from the bonfire and into the woods. "Come on, its not that far Salina." he stated as we jogged to where ever he was taking me, "Where are we going?" I asked, I looked back to make sure no one was following us. "You'll see." He then let go of my hand and ran ahead of me. "Nathaniel, wait for me." I tried to catch up to his, but my dress kept getting hooked onto the low branches. I couldn't see him anymore, so I stopped where I was and looked around. "Nathaniel, this isn't funny!" I whispered, I took slow steps until I heard a branch snap. I gasped and turned to the direction it was at, "Nathaniel." fear quivered in my voice, I let out a shrek when someone tackled me. I landed on my back, someone on me, the person their had on my mouth for me not to scream. I panicked and started to hit the person, "Stop, stop, it me." Nathaniel whispered, I looked up at him and noticed how close our faces was. He slid his hand away from my hand, my heart started to hammer against my chest as he looked directly into my eyes. "Nathaniel, you scared me." I rasped, he smiled and said "I know, but I just couldn't help myself." He laid on tp of me, looking in at my eyes, his eyes then flickered to my lips repeatedly. I smiled and placed my hand on his cheek, smoothing it out. He began to lean closer, "Weren't going to take me somewhere?" I asked, he inwardly groaned when I reminded him, "Yes I was, but I got distracted by the bueatiful angle in front of me." he whispered, I smiled and gently pushed him off, "Your charm will not earn you a kiss." I playfully narrowed my eyes at him when I got to my feet, he to did the same. He walked to me never breaking eye contact, as he was in front of me he placed both hands on my face. "But it will win me something."
I woke up to someone shaking my shoulders, I opened my eyes and saw that the fire died. "Nicole, wake up." I got up and turned to the person that woke me up, Jane was standing above me. "We are ready to leave." I nodded and got up, I went to my bag and looked in it to make sure nothing was missing. I then slug it over my shoulder, and turned to the others. "Alright lets go."
