Insane in the Mama Train (Part 1)

Have you ever felt helpless, like you could have done something yet you didn't? Like you were given a chance to finally prove yourself but chose not to take it?

Have you ever felt scared, like everything you knew and loved was being taken away? All the happy moments were nothing more than memories. That you were being left behind while your friends and family matured and left the nest, leaving you all alone.

Have you ever felt betrayed, like someone you trusted more than anyone else in the world kept a secret of bloodshed and brutality only to themselves? That they played off as a good person, but were really nothing more than a lier.

Have you ever felt confused, like everyone else was keeping something from you? That all those small little things seem to matter to such a great extent that all you want to do is cry.

Have you ever felt like loosing control, like all you wanted to do is let it all out? All the helplessness, fear, betrayal, and confusion. To just destroy everything, to not have to worry about anything, to end it all......

This is all how Venus felt...and she hated all of it. Her brothers were growing up, they were becoming Real Ninjas, full fledged members of the Hamato Clan. She was secretly watching from the top of the lair, watching Splinter train them. Watching as they willingly gave up their youth. Watching them drop their mask for brand new ones. They no longer called him dad, pops, or even by his name. They called him "Sensei" they didn't call each other by their nicknames either, but their full names.

They had left a while ago to go save April from the Foot Clan. They left her at home because it was "Too Dangerous" and with her all alone for real for the night, she decided to lay in her bed In her rather large room.

Was this really how it was going to be now? No more of Raph's piggy shell rides, no more of Leo's one liners, not a single funny sarcastic remark from Donnie, and no more cuddle hugs from Mikey. The thought made her sad, so sad. She felt her eyes water as she sat up. She looked at the picture on her white dresser, it was all of them, her brothers, April, and Splinter, all together making funny faces. A single tear fell from her face. She walked over to it and gently grazed it's glass cover. "Little one..." She heard a voice behind her, a familiar and calming voice. She turned her head and saw the mysterious lady that she had seen in her dream.

"It's...it's you..." She said, taking a few steps back from the surprise. The lady was glowing brightly, an aura around her body. The lady smiled at her before walking towards her. She kneeled down to Venus's level. "What are you...." but before she could say another word, The lady put her hand on the young turtle's head. "Go save your brothers" is all she said before the light coming from her hand grew brighter.
