"Help!" I screamed, running as fast as I can away from that beast. Suddenly, my face hit the dirt floor. Why am I so clumsy?! I heard a low growl from behind me. I slowly turned around, only to be met with giant canines. I tried to scream, but nothing came out. I screamed, shooting up from bed. Sweat dripping from me, I looked around confused slowly to realize it was only a dream. Someone burst through my door. I screamed, pulling the covers over my head. "Jordan?!" It was zach. I peeked my head out of the covers. "Y-yeah?" I whispered. He looked worried. "Why were you screaming?" "Nothing, just a nightmare." I muttered. "I'm fine." Honestly, I was terrified. The dream was so real. I could still hear those howls as it chased me. I shivered. I can't let zach know I'm scared. I don't want to bother him. "You could go back to your room." I told him. He didn't budge. "Zach?" I said. He walked over to me, and got under the covers with me. "You're not fine." He said. "You are practically shaking!" I sighed. He pulled me to his chest and brushed my hair. "Zach, what are you doing?" "I don't like to see you scared." He whispered, still brushing my hair. I smiled to myself. "This is why I love you." I murmured. He smiled. "I love you too."
So, how'd i do?? I think it was alright! Short though :/ I'll try to make them longer!
