"Good Morning class, today we have a new student. Come in so I could introduce you." A teacher said sweetly over to the door.
The door of the classroom peeked opened and slowly walked in the this short tired boy. His hair dark and consisted with curls and waves, hiding his face a bit. His uniform kinda lazily put together and he sighed a little. He didn't like all these eyes on him but he walked over to the the teacher.
"This is Shouta Aizawa, he's our new student. Make him feel welcomed, Alright? You can sit wherever you'd like." She said.
Shouta nodded and looked around the room, going to back—far back—to sit. He didn't like people much and he figured from there they wouldn't bother. Plus, he had a feeling that no exactly wanted to talk to him anyways. Bunch of stuck up shitheads, not like I wanted to talk to any of them. He rolled his eyes and glanced away, keeping to himself before he felt someone poke his shoulder. He looked over and blinked a few times. There was a really bright looking blond, had the biggest smile on his face...those green eyes just sparkling with excitement. Shouta felt like he almost needed to squint because of how excited he got. He started to do some hand motions and Shouta got a little confused.
"Um...hi?" Shouta mumbled slowly.
"Hi! I wasn't sure so I wanted to sign to you! You looked pretty confessed though." The blond grinned happily.
"Sign..? Oh uh, no I don't know that." He shakes his head.
"I know three languages actually! Oh man, I'm just rambling aren't I? My name is Hizashi Yamada, but people who actually talk to me call me 'Zashi!"
"Mr. Yamada! I'm teaching, would mind quieting down and paying attention. I know you have problem with that." The twcaher interrupted.
"Alright Miss, can do!" Hizashi started to quiet down.
Shouta watched and looked the boy over a little. He had his hair all pushed up in the front and nice. How much gel did that take...the he looked more. Taller and a skinnier than himself, plus those green eyes that seemed to pay attention to everything but the woman teaching in the front. Then he noticed a little clear wire on the war he could see. He must have a hearing aid, he was a little loud. Maybe he doesn't know how loud he was being. He say that Hizashi just would click his pen and somebody would shush him, he'd tap his foot and somebody would bug him about it. Like to fidget a lot too.
After the bell rang Shouta got up and grabbed out his schedule looking it over before he started to walking. He felt someone brush against his shoulder and he glanced over to see that smiling boy again."Hey! Shouta, right? Cool name!" Hizashi grinned dumbly.
"U.uh yeah, thanks." Shouta replied.
"You're pretty quiet, well you don't gotta be so quiet around me!" He nodded a bit.
"You're kinda loud actually." He answered bluntly.
"Oh really? Sorry. I have earring aids, sometimes I'm louder than I need to be. I'm kinda deaf in my ears. I can hear with the help of these things but without them I'm kinda in the mud."
"So is that why you know sign?"
"Well kinda? I can speak to other deaf people with sign if I want. And if I ever do go fully deaf I can teach sign to people I know around me, since I talk pretty good. I can teach them so we can communicate."
"Oh um, Alright...Hizashi. I'm gonna go to class, um...bye?"
"Bye! See ya later!"
Shouta watched the blonde start waving and he gave a quick, shy wave back before moving off. Never really had someone who...actually wanted to to talk to me before I guess. It's..it's kinda odd. He shrugged it off and went though his classes.
After school, the dark haired teen tugged his bag onto his shoulders and started to walk out. He watched as cars sped out to leave and he continued to walk, looking down slowly. He sighed softly and rubbed at his arms a bit before waiting to get on his bus. He messed with his hands a bit and then he heard someone yell his name as he walked to the buses. He looked backed and saw that loud blonde waving and grinning brightly."Shouta! Hey hey hey! Is that your bus?!" Hizashi yelled, running up beside him.
"Um...uh-y.yeah that is. That is my bus..." Shouta replies slowly.
"Awesome! It's mine too, can we sit together? I missed it this morning so that must've been why I didn't see the new guy." He smiled more.
"I don't care but, don't be too loud please." He mumbled back.
"Oh sorry, I kinda forget how loud I am with people."
Shouta walked onto the bus and walked to the back, slipping into an open seat. He set his bag on his lap and watched as the other sat beside him. Hizashi put his bag on his lap and grabbed out his phone, opening the contacts and then looked over at Shouta.
"If you wanna be friends with me, I was wondering if I could have your number?" Hizashi asked, tilting his head.
"I don't have a phone, sorry...I have a home phone but they don't like when people call randomly." Shouta replied.
"Oh, that's fine! Do you want my number then? And you can call if you're allowed?" He asked, grabbing out a piece of paper from his bag.
"Sure, whatever..thanks. You're...oddly nice."
"Oddly? I'm just nice I like to think. My family didn't raise me to be rude or anything. I just have loud and obnoxious tendencies so no one really like the nearly deaf kid, yeah?" He started to write his number down.
"So...how did you become deaf? Or were you born-or..."
"Born particularly, then it just got worse as I grew. Then it kinda stopped where it's at now."
Hizashi smiles at the boy and gave him the number. Shouta takes it slowly, feeling at the piece of paper as he looked at the number. Then he looked back at that happy blonde. He's really nice...I'll have to be careful with him, he's someone I feel like I might want to trust...
———————————————————————"Is that the guy you have in the pictures then?" Hitoshi asked, looking over the photos.
"Mhm, that's Hizashi..." Shouta smiled a bit.
"What happened...?" The boy tilted his head a bit.
"Well we started to hang out much more, I called him whenever my parents weren't home I guess. We became great friends. People started to notice me then, because of how loud he was. Well, y'know...a few girls started to talk to me too.."
"Girls? My mom?"
"I'll get there, okay?"
