judgment day

No wonder why my brother always keep arguing with me,he had already  taken the side....I thought we had already solved our problem but I won't blame him  it was all my fault ... sadly my side was only my mum,my mistress and my attorney,even a child could wisely chosen the  winning side ...... on accused side they had, Mr Caleb,my brother,catherine and her family while my son was so confused he didn't know which side he will be but after looking her mother eye he decided to go on her side......
The judge was more than ready and the court was ready to proceed..... for me I had already sense a defeat and I was ready to accept any result of the case, no matter which side judge will favour....
the prosecutor read every detail according to my case and he asked me if I agree with charges....I took all my time and one thing I knew is that I would be happy if i will able to clear my mess ..
As the court proceedings,the attorney who was represented the Catherine side removed some pictures from file and he represented it to prosecutor then he went straight and asked me some questions...
Attorney"Clement did you ever cheated your wife with another woman??.."
Clement...no I didn't do that....
Attorney"okay! the second question ...did you try to manipulated your marriage certificate ?"
Clement....no I  would never do such things ... as I was explain myself ... my attorney took my marriage certificate with Catherine and he presented it to prosecutor.....
Attorney"Mr Clement did you faked your marriage certificate and present it to the church so that you can get married to Helen??..."
I remained silent after recalling it was all because of Mr Caleb, he threatened to kill me if I wouldn't marry her daughter and i had no otherwise I had  to protect myself from death threats...
Attorney "...did you use your power and tried to threaten everyone who would reveal the truth to your wife??....."
Clement..I would never do such a thing..
Attorney"did you have a baby outside your marriage??..."
Clement ..only with my previous relationship with Helen accidentally I got her pregnant and I wasn't lucky to escape from my responsibility...Mr Caleb threatened me to death even when I told him that I was a married man....
Attorney"my lord I have done with the question which I wonted to ask Mr Clement Johnson Infront of this Court... now is my time to represent the witness...my first witness is Mr Caleb....
Attorney"Mr Caleb can you tell the court the only truth you know....
Clement... after Mr Caleb swear with the Bible he started...
"my lord i meet Clement in malindi where he was working as a engineer.... after hurting and took advantage of my daughter weaknesses...as a father I had to force him to take his responsibility ...I remember well asking him about the clearance certificate of marriage and he promised me to present it before seven days of the wending......I didn't his parent were taking part..with help of his father he was able to fake it and bring it to me...I took it to the priest and that how he confused everyone ... then the week later he got married to Helen and after nine months we had a news that he had another family..we didn't come with a agreement for the first time because my daughter had already born a bounce baby boy....as father I tried to solve it but since the marriage certificate was fake I couldn't do anything I just accepted the fact that my daughter will be a mistress from that day....."
Clement...my attorney couldn't wait any longer...he just asked the judge permission and he went direct to the point...
Defendant attorney"Mr Caleb can you tell this court about the bullet that you threatened Mr Clement with...my lord Mr Caleb took advantage and he shoots Clement almost to death..."
Mr Caleb... yeah I hurt him once and I faced the law before the victim decided to pardon me....I wouldn't ever let anyone hurts my daughter and go with it"
Clement... the judge shouted and he announced Mr Caleb to sit down....
The second witness was Catherine...as she holds the Bible she couldn't able to say anything... she first look at me then to my son and she started shedding tears and the judge asked her to go outside and when she feels she is ready,she can come in and tell the truth...her dad didn't believe to see her daughter betrayed him... the next witness was my brother... And for the first time my brother was against my wish ... if my dad would be still alive he couldn't let something like this happen...I know my brother did this because he blamed me all through for my dad death and for sure I don't think he will ever forgive me...if he can have a courage to stand here Infront of a court against me then there is no way he will ever be on my side..he have shown his way.... When I was still wondering what to do... my mistress and my little prince move outside the court and she was only my hope.. when I looked at my mum she is more distressed and shocked after seeing my brother take the Bible to witness against me... She is on tears and this is all my fault...I couldn't let my mum shed more tears only because of me...I had to make it end further more I had nothing to loose...my mistress is strong woman she can raise my son alone...I hurts her once and make it for her it won't be easy test...I must face the law so that i will be able to gain my trust and respect back from all the people I love ...I asked my attorney to ask humble request from judge...."my lord my client won't to say his thoughts on this case before the third witness proceed...."... Okay let us hear from him...".....my  lord i take this opportunity to accept all my charges... it's true I faked the marriage certificate only to protect my little prince,even if I was selfish I wouldn't let my son growing without a father....I feel guilty standing here when I know I hurts many.. mostly my son who will have to face the world without his father,also for my mistress Helen who I took her innocent away from her and left her go through the pain.....I am already regretfully everything that i caused.. The had given me their trust but I failed ... my lord I will accept any judgment  that you  will made according to my mistake... please judge me according to the pain I caused... I am ready to go and collect my mistake... but I ask you a humble request please when you sentenced me... you should allow me to say goodbye to my family and my friends ......
