I feel like I'm trying to pull on an extremely small rope to get this finished if you get what I mean...Next chapter! Sorry everyone, I was on a survival exercise with my cadet group. I ate Army food for three days and I found another awesome person ^^ It was awesome. Hope you can enjoy this chapter, i'm not sure how long it'll be, but hopefully I can make it long since I made you guys wait. Enjoy ~ (Oh by the way the song in the chapter I referred to is here. I but it's a remix, but that's basically what she's singing.

I couldn't feel what was going on. I could see best of what was going on though; kicking, stabbing, the usual for killing these beasts. I hummed part of the song Marionette, wishing for the gruesome play before me to stop and allow me to free myself from these shackles holding me out of my own consciousness (A/N: Hopefully I worded that right.)

She say hey! Wait,

Listen now to what I've got to say.

I don't think I want it this way

We become, some excuse and love that's come undone.

And how'd we become so numb?

....

I wanna be your puppet on a string

Baby I'm not holding back, we can do anything!

I continued to sing the song, it's lonely tune echoing in this room. It reminded me of Zero and I, a love that didn't seem right. I could see that Zero looked relived to see me, but his eyes slowly looked at my wings and back to my eyes with fear. Which got me thinking: If someone else was controlling me right now...how did I look? Did I look different? I probably did, considering Zero's reaction. I wanted to hold him, hug him. He looked scared.

The monsters were distroied by now and whoever controlled me was making me face away from Zero. HEY! I want to see Zero! He didn't obey, so I mentally pushed against him, but it did nothing again. Suddenly, like being shoved almost, I was back in my own body. The voice sighed inside of me and seemed to take a deep rest in the back of my mind. I had fallen at the moment I was put back in my body, and I was numb for awhile. The voice took some reassurance. Be happy, you have found him... He disappeared like before, and I sighed. My arms weak and my legs heavy, I slowly stood. I heard an intake of breath from behind me, and I froze. I had almost forgot Zero was here. I twiddled my fingers.

"Z-Zero..." I stumbled. No answer. "Zero...I'm sorry I didn't tell you. I was planning to, tonight actually when I got back, but....I didn't know this would happen. I'm so sorry!" I started to cry, but I still got no reply from him. He was quiet. No hug from behind, no words to comfort me. I was a little surprised, but I mean Zero had to be shocked. I was shocked when I realized, and I could barely see myself, and Zero was getting a full view. I slowly breathed in and out.

"Zero, what's wrong?" Nothing. I started to get a little ticked. "Zero why don't you-" I spun around to see Zero. But it wasn't what I was expecting at all. While above, monsters fell to bring chaos, mine was simply caused by seeing what I did.

There was Zero, on his knees, blood dripping from his mouth. Behind him, a monster Aswang had blown a hole directly through his stomach. Zero looked peaceful, but the complete scene didn't. Blood pooled around him, glazing his shirt and pants a darker color and soaking into the fabric. The crimson color was shining off what light the fire gave off, giving the whole thing a completely deadly glimpse. I gasped, tears instantly falling from my eyes. Aswang hissed, but I stood and shook, covering my mouth to keep the vomit and yelping in. I shivered and shook violently as I dropped to me knees in front of Zero. The blood splashed slightly onto me but I didn't notice, my eyes fixated on Zero. His state was terrible. I turned, throwing up on the pavement. The monster didn't seem to care what I was doing anymore, it just wanted to swallow both me and Zero whole.
