Sakthi is a fan of Anirudh's music. She meets him in her native village through her cousin who is a friend of Anirudh.

"Na mattum avaga kannula mattuna sethen" she said. "Come let's take some other route " I said. We took a different way to return home. So that we'll not be seen by any of Sakthi's relatives.
The road was really quiet. There was no one in the street. All the houses were dark the only light that was available was the dim street lights.
Suddenly Sakthi started humming a song while walking but she stopped when she saw me looking at her. She must have started humming unknowingly and stopped when she realized I was walking beside her. "Why did you stop??? Sing" I said. "My singing is horrible... how could I sing in front of a music director???" She said jokingly. "Who said your singing is horrible?? Your singing is really good " I said. "How can you tell that I sing well??? you have never heard me sing" She asked. "Well......I just know" I said. After that we just had random conversations while walking back home.
SAKTHI'S POV :
Finally we reached home. I feel so tired. I changed my clothes and went and laid next to Aishu. Thank God, that no one saw me.
I really enjoyed a lot all because of Anirudh. He is such a sweet guy. He was really friendly like a next door neighbor.
ANIRUDH'S POV
I changed and laid in the bed. I closed my eyes and all the moments which I spent with Sakthi came before. I smiled to myself. She's so cute. I can't stop thinking about her. I looked at the small pink teddy bear which was next to me and hugged it tightly.
Suddenly I heard the room door open. I started acting like I was asleep. "Ani" it was Iyappan "Ani, are you asleep???" He asked. I didn't answer and continued my acting . He laid next to me and slowly I drifted to sleep.
NEXT DAY MORNING
When I woke up Iyappan asked why I didn't come with them and I just said that I was tired and wanted to rest.
Today all are planning to go to temple but I'm really tired as well as the other boys are. We are not sure if we should go or not.
Iyappan, Sreyas and Myself were sitting in the veranda and talking when Sreyas Mom came and said "Sreyas, Your going to the temple right?? Because Tharshan will be coming there directly with athai and mama (aunt and uncle). They are bringing a lot of luggages. So, they'll need help". "I'm tired mom. I'm not sure if I should go or not " he replied "please po da. Nee pogalana Tharshan ku yaaru help pannuva???" ( please go. If don't go who will help Tharshan???) With that she left the place.
I turned towards Sreyas and asked "Who is Tharshan????". " He is my athai paiyan da. Looks like I have no choice but go to the temple. You guys are coming right???" He asked. "No way, we are not coming. You go by yourself " Iyappan replied. "You guys are really bad " Sreyas got irritated and went inside to get ready. We both laughed at his childishness. "He becomes really childish sometimes. Even Sakthi is like that. After all they are cousins but when Sakthi acts childish it's cute and When Sreyas acts childish it's funny" I said while thinking about Sakthi's cute expression. "Oh really.. looks like you know a lot about her and you think she is cute" Iyappan said with a teasing smile. "Shut up " I said my face started to heat up. "Don't try to change the subject. Do you like her???" He asked. "I like her but I'm not really sure about my feelings. I don't know weather this is just an attraction or I truly like her" I said. "You have to decide fast because you have an opponent " he said. "Opponent??" I asked. "Yeah, Tharshan, Sakthi's mora paiyan " He said and left the place because Sreyas called him. Seriously!? Just now I said that I like a girl happily but he spoiled my happiness in a second.
I changed into shirt and dhothi to get the village feel and everyone did because they are going to the temple. Iyappan and myself were helping Sreyas to keep some pooja items in the car when all the girls came after getting ready. I saw Sakthi. WOW! She is wearing a Half saree.

She looked like an Angel. She was talking with Aishu and she was laughing cutely. I couldn't take my eyes off her. Suddenly we made eye contact. She smiled at me and waved her hands. I did the same. Someone called Sakthi for some help so she went inside. Aishu came towards me "Are you ready to go to the temple???" She asked. "Your going to the temple too???" I asked her without answering her question. "Yeah, Of course, Everyone are going even Sakthi and Sreyas are coming " she said. Even Sakthi is going! Then I'm going too. Aishu went and got into a car.
I went to Sreyas to inform that myself and Iyappan are coming to the temple. "You said you won't come???" He asked. "I changed my mind, We're also coming with you. Come Iyapps let's go " I said and dragged Iyappan with me outside.
