ANIRUDH'S POV

The sunlight beamed on my face and woke me up from my beauty sleep. I looked at the clock and it was 9:00 am. I have been waking up at 7:00 since I came here but looks like I was really tried that I slept till 9:00.
Last night after thinking really hard I have come to a decision. Today I'm going to confess my feelings to Sakthi.

I went outside to talk about this to Iyappan. When I went outside all the family members seemed really busy. I found Iyappan chatting with a group of aunties. "Iyapps, one minute come here da" I called him. He excused himself from the group of aunties and came towards me. "Yenna da?" ( what?). "Today I'm going to confess my feelings to Sakthi" I informed him. "What???!!!are you sure about it??" He asked in pure shock. "Yeah, I'm hundred percent sure". "What are you guys talking about? " Sreyas interrupted our conversation. "Today he is going to confess his feelings to Sakthi it seems " Iyappan Informed him. "What????!!! Really??!!!"Sreyas asked with the same expression which Iyappan had a minute ago. "Yes" I said with confidence. "Well, looks like you guys are going to get kicked out of the house soon " he said with a smirk. "Stop discouraging me" I said in a annoyed tone. Sreyas smiled and said "Anyways, all the best. After all you are my bestfriend so I should support you". After that Sreyas left. "So where is Sakthi?" I turned towards Iyappan and asked. "Ava konja nerathuku munnadi dhan vayal pakkam pona" ( few minutes before I saw her going towards the fields). "Ok I'm going there immediately " I said and started walking towards the entrance. "Ani wait, at least brush your teeth" Iyappan shouted behind me. Oh, right I should first take a bath.

After taking a bath and getting ready. I ran downstairs. "Here, Anirudh your coffee " Sakthi's mom came towards me with a cup. "It's ok, aunty" I said and ran outside towards the field.

I finally found Sakthi in the fields with a large group of girls.
How can I propose in front of everyone . Should I wait until everyone's gone?
No, I should probably leave and come back later. Before I could leave Sakthi spotted me.
"Hey, Anirudh " she shouted and waved her hand towards me. I waved back.
"Inga vanga" (come here) she shouted again. Pochu matikitten I thought and walked towards the group of girls.
"Girls , meet my friend Anirudh The Rockstar " she said with a proud smile. I felt happy seeing her feeling so proud about me being her "friend". Soon all her friends surrounded me introducing themselves. Suddenly, a girl came running towards Sakthi and said "Sakthi unga amma sandhai ku poi kai vangitu vara sonnagala nee inga yenna pannura " ( Sakthi didn't your mom tell you to buy vegetables form the market. What are you still doing here?)
"Oh God! I totally forgot. You guys keep talking I'll leave ". She informed and got on a scooter with her friend and left. Sutham po ippo na yeppadi ivaga kitta irundhu escape aradhu.
After spending fifteen minutes with the girls I successfully escaped from there.

I don't know when Sakthi is coming back. I think I should go to the market and find her. But I have no idea where the market is. So, I decided to go back home.

Iyappan came running to me when he saw me enter the living room.
"Have you confessed your feelings to Sakthi?" He asked. "No da. Not yet" I replied. "Why ?" Iyappan asked with disappointment. "She's gone to the market and I don't know where the hell is the market is!" I said. "Oh ok. Then Come let's go and ask Sreyas" Iyappan dragged me toward Sreyas room.

We got the directions and a scooty key from Sreyas. Iyappan drove the scooty and I sat behind him. We headed towards the market.
On the way I saw Sakthi's scooty crossing us and going in the opposite direction. "Iyappan wait, it's Sakthi. she is going in that direction. I think she's headed back home. Follow them. Fast."
We turned our scooty and tried to catch them. Their scooty halted outside the house and Sakthi got down from the scooty. Before she can go inside the house I called her " Sakthi, wait ". She turned towards me. I Immediately ran towards her. "What happened Anirudh?" She asked. "I need to tell you something " I said. "Ok what is it?" She asked. "Sakthi....I.....I....I....I-"."Sakthi " Aishu interrupted me and shouted "Sakthi sikiram va. Unnoda favorite serial la hero heroin ku propose panna poran" ( Sakthi come fast. In your favorite serial the hero is going to propose to the heroine).
"Oh my God, I have to see it. I'll talk to you later, Bye". With that she ran inside the house and I stood there dumb found. Inga na ava kitta propose pannalam nu vandha Ava serial la propose pannuradhu pakka poita....
