Chapter twenty three

Neji ran towards the door panicking as he heard a loud knocking on his door.
"Who is this!" TenTen asked worried.
"Just let me get it" he ran to the door, he opened the door to find a heaving uchiha with a pained expression.
Neji glared and raised an eye brow.
"Is..is hinata here..." sasuke asked, he know how much his close friendship with neji is ruined, but he just can't get over hinata has left, abandoned him.
Neji glared and then said
"Wasn't she with you, as you kept her locked?" Neji sent death shots.
Sasuke gulped.
He was right.
"You can't even keep your life together how can you keep her...pathetic.." neji said as he closed the door, but sasuke stopped it by his foot.
"Please, neji..i know you are mad at me..i am worried sick..if..you know where she is please tell me!" Sasuke heaved.
Neji glared at him and then said while closing the doors slowly
"Deal with your shit" and he slammed the door.

"Who was it?" TenTen asked as she ate the chips.
"Sasuke..." he said
"What did he want?" TenTen fixed her demeanor.
"Apparently, hinata abandoned him.." neji sighed.
TenTen raised an eye brow.
"Aren't you worried about your cousin?" TenTen asked shocked.
"Nah...most probably, she knows what she is doing, hinata is no ordinary girl, she is smart...and i am sure she'll be fine" neji sighed as he cupped TenTen's cheeks and closed the distance between their lips, kissing her.
Neji didn't want to say, that he knew where she was.
In the end, he is her Nii san.
And upon her request, she asked not to tell anyone.

"Naruto, meet me in five minutes" sasuke growled across the phone.
"What happened sasuke..." naruto said but soon sasuke hung up.
"Whats wrong love?" Sakura asked naruto whose face changed.
"Its sasuke...i think something happened..." naruto said as he put on his sweat shirt and leaned to kiss sakura, and then took off.

Naruto went to meet sasuke at the usual place, he found kiba, karin, suigetsu and jugo.
"Whats wrong?" Naruto asked as he saw karin patting sasuke's back while he is bending over, covering his face inside his palms.
"Hinata, she left.." suigetsu retorted lowly.
Naruto flinched a little bit.
"Maybe she is staying at TenTen or she went back to her sister...or Neji" naruto said.
"We looked there, no where to be found..." kiba said.
Naruto saw the tears in sasuke's eyes.
"Uhm..." naruto stammered.
"Sasuke, i know you hate him..but..maybe Levi knows where she is..." naruto said.
"Hell, i won't go and plead for him!" Sasuke snorted.
"Sasuke, swallow your pride...we need to find her first..." jugo said.
Sasuke looked at his friend's eyes.
He sighed.
"Fine" he snorted.
They all left to Levi's house.

"What brought you here..." Levi snorted as he saw his blond ex girl friend standing at the door, looking down.
She raised her eyes a little bit then said.
"May..may i come in..." Annie pleaded lowly.
Levi sighed and opened the door for her to enter.
He leaded the way inside his living room.
And sat down, Annie sat across him.
"Levi...i am sorry...i...i just..." Annie started.
"Sorry about what Annie? You ruined hinata's life!" He snorted.
"It was sasuke...he wanted her..with or without me he'd have done that..." Annie pleaded.
"You are the one who faked the test..." he snorted.
"Hinata sooner or later would have been pregnant Levi, he never uses protection with her..." she said.
"And you slept with him! With sasuke!!!" Levi snorted.
Annie looked down.
She then comprehended what Levi was saying.
Annie raised her head with a widened eyes and gaped mouth.
"Levi...i am sorry..." she apologized
"Sorry again for what? You cheated on me and Hinata!" He snorted.
"No...we were never a thing that time, levi, and when sasuke got with hinata i haven't seen him..." Annie pleaded then she stood up and went to levi.
"Are you jealous?" She said lowly.
Levi turned as he scoffed and placed both his hands on his waist.
Annie felt it, he was angry and her.
She wrapped her hands around his waist, and dug her head in his back.
"I'll fix this...give me a chance...please" she murmured.
Levi sighed, everyone deserves a second chance, right?
As he was going to answer her the door ran, Levi went over to open it.
Levi raised an eye brow.
He let out a smirk.
"Oh, so she brought you to stand up for her..." Levi taunted.
"Who do you mean, i came to ask wether hinata is there or not!" Sasuke grunted.
Levi's eyes widened.
"What do you mean by that?" Levi asked
"Levi, hinata has been missing and we can't find her..." karin interfered.
"You lost her you bastard..." Levi grabbed sasuke by the collar when naruto broke the two.
Annie came out.
"Stop it...whats wrong!" Annie asked
Sasuke bent over he started sobbing.
"Please levi...please i am going insane...please, if she is here please...let me know, i just..am worried about her, i just want to know if she is fine...i won't take her..please" sasuke pleaded and sobbed, karin bent over and hugged him.
Naruto's face crumbled.
Levi looked down on sasuke then he sighed.
"I'll look with you, please come in" he opened the door wider so everyone gets inside.
All sat trying to think where hinata could be.

"Its smelly....yum yum..." shisui said as he smelled the delicious food, hinata cooked.
Hinata placed the food in-front of fugaku, Madara and shisui.
She stood there nervous as they tasted her first cooked meal, as she stayed.
She volunteered to cook, so they accepted so.
The three men tasted the food.
"Aaaahhhhh, very tasty hinata chaaaan" shisui squeaked as he gulped the food.
Hinata looked at fugaku and Madara, their expression was as always hard and stoic, she wished for this demeanor to change as they tasted the food.
Like she always wished her father's expression change.
Hanabi used to tell her, hiashi always smiled when Helen cooked.
She wished to see such smile.
"Sit down, hinata, lets eat..." shisui said as hinata sat by his side and started dinning.
"Its tasty...hyuga's women has always had the talent of cooking more than uchiha's women..." Madara said stoically.
Hinata's eyes glowed, its like praising her, in an indirect way, but its enough.
Hinata looked down as tears formed in her eyes, she was never praised by her family, only butlers.
To be praised by Madara and fugaku.
Those same two, whom when just heard she was going to abandon sasuke, came over while Mikoto wasn't there.
They told her it isn't a wise thing to do, and she'd be chased down and brought no matter what..for an uchiha musn't leave her husband or abandon her clan.
Uchiha's are proud family...they praised and cherished every single family member unlike hyuga's and their slavery system.
Madara also told her not to take a foolish action like that, as she won't be able to handle the consequences, and then fugaku suggested that maybe if she bonded with more uchiha's, she May give them a chance.
So she agreed on their hospitality, as itachi told her its the last place sasuke would ever think to find her there.
"Hyuga women are always special..apart from their outstanding beauty that made all uchiha's women so jealous..." fugaku continued.
Again, hinata found herself blush, as she was praised for her beauty.
After they dinned, shisui helped hinata with the dishes, and then Madara entered.
"Hinata san..prepare us some tea and follow us to the sitting room..." Madara said as turned and left.
She looked at shisui who gave her a wink.
As they were preparing the tea, he decided to crack the question.
"Why do you want to abandon sasuke..you know how much he loves you..." the question taken her aback.
She froze for a minute then decided to continue what she was doing.
"I want to teach him a lesson..." she said.
"I want an apology...sasuke is not a bad guy, i do love him...but he has to know that i am not an object or his property...i am a human with feelings and choices..." she continued.
"Hinata..." shisui sighed.
"Sasuke is just doing what he thinks its right...he is not an evil person...the uchiha's are cursed for their obsession to the hyuga's women, and blinded by love..." shisui sighed.
"But trust me, hinata, when an uchiha man loves..." shisui said but was interjected by Madara's interruptions.
"He'd bring you the stars..." Madara said.
Hinata turned to see Madara and fugaku were standing.
They took the tea she poured and sipped.
"It reminds me of Helga's tea..." Madara smiled and for the first time, hinata saw a reaction from the ruthless man.
"Helga and Helen, so much alike..like you hinata..." fugaku went over and stroke her cheeks, with a smile.
"May...may i know..what happened..." hinata stammered looking down.
Madara smiled and his gaze went up, as if he remembered the incidence just like yesterday...
