Chapter four

Sasuke's eyes locked with a familiar pale orbs.
It felt like the time stopped.
That hyuga is here, and will share dinner with his family.
Sasuke looked intently, up and down, she was wearing as always, baggy clothes hiding her body behind, something implying she is hiding a hideous body, not knowing what is behind those thick clothes.
"Ah, sasuke...please come...this is hinata, and this is Hanabi..you have heard of her before..." Mikoto said.
Yes, indeed, sasuke knew Itachi was dating neji's cousin.
But he never knew, hinata is hanabi's sister.
What a small world it is.
"Oi, nii san..." sasuke ignored and greeted his brother instead.
"Ototo..." itachi greeted.
"Oiii, sasuke, you have grown to be a tall, strong handsome guy, surly the uchiha's are all handsome" hanabi said
"So are the hyuga's" Mikoto smiled.
Hinata was still sitting, not talking.
Sasuke was still gazing at the hyuga, in a manner she can't comprehend.
They all started dinning.
"So, hinata, how is things at school, are you having fun?" Mikoto asked.
"Guess not, hinata is an antisocial nerd that can't make any friends, i bet none likes her..." Hanabi said.
Hinata looked down with sad eyes.
Sasuke grinned his teeth, Hanabi is surly stepping on his nerves.
Who she thinks she is? Picking on hinata, because she is the elder sister, like itachi, doesn't mean she has to pick on her loser sister.
Though itachi was a real prodigy and always fugaku preferred itachi over sasuke, but itachi has always been the best elder brother someone could have.
Whats wrong with that girl.
Besides, no one allows to bully hinata except sasuke.
"I guess she has a voice..and she can speak" sasuke spat, hinata flinched and her eyes widened.
Mikoto looked at sasuke.
"Sasuke..manners..." Mikoto said.
"You are telling me to behave when there is someone isn't actually behaving..." sasuke retorted.
"It..its okay, sasuke san...nee san knows better always..." hinata said with a gentle smile.
'Whats with this girl, why can't she defend herself, yet she can defend others...' sasuke thought inwardly.
"Tch.." he clicked his tongue.
"But i guess sasuke is right, she does have a voice, tell us hinata, how is school..." itachi asked.
Hanabi rolled her eyes.
"It..its fine...p..people there are quite good and they are friendly..." hinata lied.
"Yeah i heard you changed school and you are now with sasuke, ne?" Mikoto said.
"Good, made any friends?" Itachi asked.
"H..hai...Suigetsu, karin and Jugo.." hinata said
"Aah..you..mean..." mikoto was going to continue when sasuke cut her.
"Losers..." sasuke said.
"Sasuke..." Mikoto whined again
"So what about ototo, Hina-chan" itachi asked.
Sasuke scoffed inwardly when his Nii san addressed hinata as chan...doesn't he have already a girlfriend.
Hinata looked somehow confused.
Then she decided to speak.
"He is friendly...and..and such a decent and gentle person..." hinata said
Sasuke grinned his teeth.
"I am finished..excuse me" sasuke said when his brother held his hands and glared at him
"Sit, until the guests finish..." itachi said sternly.
Hinata's eyes widened.
"I..i finished..its okay..." she said as she decided to excuse herself.
Hinata asked mikoto where is the bathroom after sasuke has been gone for two minutes, Mikoto lead her to the restroom.
Hinata washed her hands and face.
She dried her hands then as she was walking out of the bathroom, all of a sudden, a tight hand gripped her wrists and slammed her on the wall.
Hinata yelped, as she looked up on sasuke who was towering over her, slamming his hands by her head.
Hinata's eyes widened and she started shivering.
Sasuke was glaring at her.
"Why did you lie, hyuga..." he spat as his face was mere inches from hers.
"I..i..didn..." she was saying that when he hit the wall by her, making her flinch, she shut her eyes tightly.
"Stop playing games..what are you after..you think i'll repay you..i owe you nothing...." he spat.
"B..but i" she stuttered.
"Shut up..." he snorted.
Hinata stopped.
This girl annoys him. She is so gentle to a point she musn't exist in this world, with those cruel people.
She said things about himself that others didn't know except his mother and Itachi.
How gentle and decent he is, but still hiding behind the facade.
Only naruto may know this much.
How can she read him like an open book.
"Sasukeee" his mind snapped when his mother's voice came across declaring that dessert is served.
Sasuke glared at hinata once more then he left.
The rest of the evening was spent as hanabi and itachi were all talking, hinata was reading her usual novel, and sasuke went out to practice.
