Chapter seven

"Orochimaru sensei..." sasuke said
"Sasuke-kun, how are you" orochimaru said, sasuke was his favorite student, many won't believe, but sasuke was smart, even smarter in the biology class.
He, along with karin, Suigetsu and jugo won the last year science fair tournament.
They called themselves team taka, under orochimaru's supervision.
"You will put us into groups today right?" Sasuke asked
Orochimaru nodded.
"Then i want to be with someone" sasuke said
Orochimaru gave an evil smirk
Sasuke blushed and looked to the side
"I mean, i want my grades to stay the same, i don't want anyone to pull me down" he stammered.
Orochimaru sighed
"Sure sasuke kun...anything for you" orochimaru said.
He can't deny any of sasuke's request, in the end, sasuke was his favorite.
But orochimaru smirked inwardly, for he, know, that sasuke doesn't do that without any explanation, and the only explanation was...sasuke has a crush.

Hinata looked at sasuke, who smirked at her, after her name being called to team up with the uchiha.
She turned her head again, thinking of the struggles she'll face being with the uchiha.
Suigetsu gave karin a smirk, and karin knew what exactly was it.
As for Levi who was sitting at the back, glaring at the raven head.
'Tch...' he thought inwardly.
'Lets the game begin...uchiha' levi thought inwardly.
He can't deny, he likes challenges, though he never considered Uchiha as his rival, unlike sasuke, but in getting the bluish headed girl, he can make exceptions.
Levi has to admit, hinata was different.
Since they talked at the party, he felt something weird.
Her voice was so gentle to sooth his soul, how smart she was, how ambitious and full of surprises.
Levi was actually impressed, though he was a man of few words and less interactions.
But again, for hinata, he can make another exception.
Levi's mother died since he was young, and he was adopted, he was taken when he was starving.
But guess, hinata gave the mother's vibe to him.
Maybe thats why he was attracted, maybe thats why when uchiha hit Eren with the ball, and hinata rested her hand over his shoulder he backed off.
Maybe.
As for hinata, Life is playing tricks on her, and being with sasuke, is bad. She didn't want to think of the worst.
"Please, everyone, the deadline is next week for the first project, and its about cell model.., i want to see creativity" orochimaru said as he gave a little wink to sasuke.
Then he turned.
"Lets start..."orochimaru said and the class started.

The bell rang, declaring the end of class.
As hinata was gathering her things, sasuke stood over her desk.
"Oi, five i'll be waiting outside school.." he said as he leaned over, his face inches away from the hyuga, she gulped as she blushed.
"Don't be late" he pointed his finger at her, then he poked her forehead pushing her a little farther.
"Achkk" hinata yelped, sasuke left the class.
Suigetsu came and he rested his hands around hinata's shoulder.
"Ahhh, teaming up with sasuke...thats awesome" Suigetsu said.
"Eh? Ah..." she said
"Lucky you" karin winked
"W..why?" She stuttered.
"Sasuke may not appear to be smart, but he is smarter than you think, we won last year's science fair..he was our team leader" jugo said.
"And we called ourselves, team taka" they all said in unison as they gave a stand like superheroes.
Hinata smiled then giggled.
Levi noticed such sweet giggles, he gave his indifferent look, then walked away.
Hinata noticed but dismissed.
But she was bewildered when she heard that sasuke was smart, and won the science fair.
"He is and will always be orochimaru's fav." Karin winked.
"See you at break.ja ne..." karin said and all took off.
Hinata gathered her thing and walked out the hall.
She was thinking on why was sasuke not acting smart? And why is he hiding whom he truly is.
Its not bad to be a nerd or act like who you are.
As she walked, she started hearing gossips and whispers, guys were talking about her, and how she danced like a stripper in sakura's party.
One guy came again to harass hinata.
She clutched her eyes closed and ran towards the bathroom.
Hinata wiped her tears, why people are so mean.
Then she went outside the bathroom.
As she walked, the same guy came to harass her.
Hinata furrowed her eye brows.
"B..back off.." she stammered
"Ahahaha, what a cute little kitten you are" he mocked
"I..i said back off..." she stammered again, as her veins popped.
"What will you do princess..." he said as he tried to grope her, but she slapped him.
Then she gasped at her action.
The guy grinned his teeth and as he was going to punch her, a hand blocked his.
Hinata looked up, it was none other than Mikasa and levi.
"Back off..." Levi said sternly.
The guy already took couple steps back, and left.
"A..arigatoo levi san" hinata stammered
"Look for yourself...hinata" mikasa said as Levi took his leave.
"I..i am trying...Mikasa chan, b..but you are really good in fighting, even you beaten a guy out" hinata said
"Yes we are..." mikasa said lamely.
"You can join our fight club if you want.." Levi said.
"Hontoniiii?" Hinata said enthusiastically.
"Hai, tomorrow we will start...see you there..." Levi said as he took Mikasa and walked away.
The rest of the day went smooth until five PM.

Hinata was walking out of the school gates, she saw sasuke was waiting, resting his back on the wall.
Hinata went over to him.
"Exo?" Sasuke said as he lead the way to his house.
Hinata followed silently.
She was looking at how tall, broad and handsome sasuke was.
Too bad he isn't nice like how his looks.
Sasuke opened the door.
"Tadima" sasuke said
"Okairi...sasuke" mikoto said as she came to greet her little child.
She saw hinata.
"Ahhh hinata chaan" mikoto greeted and squeezed hinata tightly into a hug.
"Its the second time a girl comes to our house, escorted by my son" mikoto said.
Sasuke blushed as well as hinata.
She felt a little uncomfortable, and curious so she decided to ask.
"Wh..who was the first..." she asked and looked down.
"Hinata hyuga unconscious..." mikoto smirked and teased.
Hinata yelped.
"So,whats up?" Mikoto asked the flustered children
"We have biology project" sasuke said
"Ah, where is team taka then?" Mikoto asked
"I was paired with hinata..so" sasuke said.
"Ahmmm" mikoto hummed in a teasing manner which sasuke understood.
She didn't buy it, a mother's know when her son has a crush.
He held hinata's hands tightly, then pulled her, dragging her to his room.
"See you later mom" sasuke said.
Hinata yelped.
"I'll send you snacks...i am going shopping sasuke, take care" mikoto said.
"Haiii" sasuke said as he slammed the door.
"Whew" he said.
"Shall we start" he said as he looked at how hinata was looking at him intently.
"Hai" hinata said and both started working.

As they were working, neji called hinata to check upon her.
After she hung up, sasuke said
"So, Neji..seems he takes good care of you..." sasuke said
"Ah, nii san is the best, since i lost my mom..." hinata said as she was working.
Sasuke paid attention on how she was focusing, how her eye brows furrowed when cutting the shapes.
How she bites her lips until they bled during work, and she used to twirl her hair when she is in deep thoughts.
All those little things.
"Want some snacks?" He asked.
"Umm" she nodded.

Sasuke went to the kitchen to find his mother there.
"So, hinata..." mikoto teased as sasuke opened the fridge to get some snacks.
"Pfff" sasuke said.
Mikoto went over and wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Sasu-chan, you can't deny those sparks in your eyes..." mikoto teased
"Mom..."
"You can't lie to me sasuchan" mikoto said as she continued on preparing dinner.
Sasuke looked down, yes his mother was right.
"You brought her home, and was worried sick...is it a coincidence then" she smiled.
"Its..just...i..." sasuke stopped 'she is the only one that i can act myself around...' he thought inwardly.
Flashbacks of the last few hours came.
Sasuke was actually acting calm and more talkative around.
He actually was smiling when she acted clumsy, or watched her intently.
He was feeling that awkward feeling that he needs to protect her, and he wants to stay with her always.
"Okay sasuke chan...i'll leave for now..have fun" mikoto said and took off.
She knows quite well that sasuke is in love, its the way he talks about her, and how his eyes glitter.
Sasuke prepared the snacks, as he headed to the room, the door rang.
He put the tray and went to open the door.
"Mom, don't say you forgot ag..." he said as he opened the door then he froze, his eyes widened and he gulped.
"Hi, sasuke"
"F..father?"
