Trapped

Chapter 2

When I woke up, I was on the ground with trees covering me. I sat up and realized I was in a forest. I looked around and saw Ana. "Hey Ana, wake up, come on, please wake up." She opened her eyes and saw how worried I was. "Ah, sorry Kina, just passed out for a bit."

She sat up and looked at the scenery confused.

"Where are we? Is this...a forest?" She was completely confused as I was. "Maybe but, isn't it to lively to be a forest, all the colors are way too vibrant." Ana looked at me and nodded.

We stood up and looked around a bit. We saw all these strange creatures and knew they weren't the same from where we came from. All they did was stare at us with their tiny, small black, beady eyes.

Ana was about to scream when she saw a snake and spider mixed together. I covered her mouth and put my finger to my lips. "Shhh. If there are people here they'll hear you." She nodded her head after I whispered that harshly.

As we kept walking, we came across a house. A lone girl was playing alone in her front yard.

After a while we realized she had cat ears and a cat tail. Me and Ana looked at each other then back at the girl. "Hey! What are you doing here!" There was a man behind us and we froze, half scared to death.

"Sorry to scare you like that." The man smiled at us apologetically. "It's fine." We were now inside his house and the girl we saw looked about our age now.

"This is my daughter Yui." Yui waved at us and smiled. "Its nice to meet you. What's your name?" She stared at us with complete interest.

"I'm Kina and this is Ana." Her cat ears went straight up. "Kina and Ana huh, how old are you?" We realized she was trying to know us better. "Were both sixteen."

"Lucky im only fourteen." We all talked about ourselves until the sky went crimson and then black.
