Trapped

Chapter 11

Okay, I am currently sitting in a shop with a boy I just met. Other than knowing his name is Tory I know nothing else about him.

I looked at his cat ears and cat tail he had long black hair that reached his shoulders and yellow eyes.

I had already finished my food and was drinking my water. I looked out the window and nearly choked on my water.

Sora was outside looking around frantically. He's probably looking for me. Tory noticed I was looking outside and turned his head towards the window. His eyes went wide as he stared at Sora.

"Sora? Why is he here?" My jaw dropped as I stared at him.

"You know him?" He nodded.

"Yeah. A long time ago he did the same thing you did. Of course there was a girl with him but he was the one who really saved me. Us three became friends but a little while after the girl disappeared."

I could see a hint of sadness in his eyes as he spoke about his friend who disappeared. Just then the shop door flew open.

Sora stood there scanning the place. When he saw me looking at him, he walked over and slammed his hands on the table.

"What the hell do you think your doing?" I pointed to Tory and Sora looked.

"T…Tory?" He was staring wide eyed. Tory waved and smiled. I spaced out while they talked. I feel like…I've been here before. I feel like I know them but from where? As they kept talking, I drifted farther and farther into my thoughts.

**flashback**

"Hey what are you guys doing!?" Sora and I ran towards the guys beating up a boy our size. "Stop messing with him!" Sora yelled at them.

I ran over to the boy and kneeled down next to him. "Are you okay?" He nodded, looked at me and smiled slightly.

I looked back to Sora, who was currently beating them up. After they were all beat up, Sora came over.

"Are you two okay? No one got passed me to hurt you right?" I nodded and he sighed, relieved we didn't get hurt from those guys…well I can't say the same for Tory though, he got beat up pretty bad.

We decided to get him new clothes since his were all bloody and we also treated his wounds. He looked much better now with his messy black hair and yellow eyes. He looks like a girl.

We became friends fast and always hung out together.

"Tory are you free today?" Sora and Tory both looked at me.

"Yeah. Why?" Sora knew what I wanted since I did the same thing when we bacme friends.

"I want to take you to our secret hideout." I giggled and smiled at him. He blushed but nodded his head.

So far we knew he never went to school because of bullies, he barley ate because he feared his parents (even though they are nice and would never hurt him).

Apparently people call him a freak because of his love for cute things. I stared at him curiously but avirted my gaze to the wall.

After school we walked to our "Secret Hideout" and showed it to Tory. He seemed amazed by it, looking as if he has never seen one before. We led him inside and he seemed even more amazed by the things inside.

"You had enough money to buy this stuff?" He stared at us. "No, I got some old stuff from my house and used it to decorate this." I smiled brightly and he seemed really happy.

After that, we spent most of our time here talking, making jokes, watching TV, or playing video games. It was peaceful and quiet. Then a month later, I disappeared.

**flashback over**

"Na, Kina?" I snapped back to reality and Sora and Tory looked concerned. "Are you okay?"

I nodded but they still looked concerned. "I'm fine. I was just lost in thought, really." I looked at them and slightly smiled.

"If you say so..." Sora trailed off mid-sentence. I definitely know them for sure. Dammit, why can I only remember a little?

"Hey we should head back, they might be awake by now." I nodded and Tory just stood there confused. "Can I come with you?" We looked at him and Sora nodded.

We walked back to the inn and sure enough, they were awake. "Where have you been?" Yui screeched. "A food place." Ana and Yui looked pissed off.

"You went without us!" Tory just stood in awkwardness. Ana noticed him standing there and stared at him.

"Who is that?" He froze when she said that. I slapped her on the arm. "Don't scare him, idiot." She held her arm as she grimiced in pain.

"Anyways, this is Tory." He hid behind me when I introduced him.

"S...she doesn't have E...EARS!" Tory pointed to her head.

"Uh, yeah about that, I'm not supposed to have ears either, but for some reason I have them." He stared at me for a long time.

"Have we met somewhere else before?" He kept staring at me.

"Uh. I think this is the first time." I replied.

"I feel like i've seen you before though." That vision! Maybe I do know him, but I always thought they were just fake!

"Oh I remember now. It was your name. Long ago, Sora and I had a friend name Kina, that's why it seemed so familiar." Sora just shrugged when I looked at him.

"Oh, I remember Kina. She used to stop by my house to play with me." Yui suddenly spoke up and we all looked at her.

"You knew her?" Yui nodded and smiled. "She was so nice. I miss her. After she disappeared everything got boring and quiet." Yui spoke softly while looking at the ground.

"You remind me of her." Tory stared at me.

"Anyways, we should get out before it gets dark again." Sora had suddenly spoke up. We nodded before packing our stuff. Then as usual we set off again, this time Tory came along with us.
