It has been a few weeks since I last saw Peter after he woke up from his coma. When he woke up, I remembered frantically calling for the Avengers and the nurse. I remembered him touching my cheeks and smiled.

"You're safe...," was the first sentence he said.

I repeatedly said 'sorry' to him while crying. I was ushered out minutes later, for the nurse to check on him. I didn't dare to bring myself to visit him the next day. I was afraid his response to me would be cold if he remembered what I did before he fought Dr. Octopus. I heard from everyone he kept on asking where I was and why I haven't come to see him. Aunt May had tried to convince me to see him. I refused. When Peter was asleep though, I changed his flowers weekly and peeked at him every night, making sure he's fine. I asked the hired nurse how he was coping up every time I met her. I asked Ned on what subjects Peter might be lagging behind. Ned said Peter was way ahead of them in biology, chemistry, physics, and math. Aside from those subjects, he may be behind on the others. I requested his notes, learned them, and made notes for Peter. I put it beside him and changed my name to 'Michele' on the notebook. It was fortunate their subjects were not so different than ours but it was painful to try to learn something students one grade above me learn. These last two weeks I've been busy with preparing for my school's Winter Ball and Christmas event. I refused in taking part in it at first, but Amanda told me not to worry about being too busy since I only had to make pamphlets, invitation cards, and the related printed stuff. It wasn't a job as busy as others although it took some of my time more than usual. Because of that, partly, I wasn't able to see Peter. I avoided him too on top of it, by going to school before he wakes up and returning back when he was already asleep, much to the adult Avengers' frustration. There are even some nights where I slept at my house.

I was hanging out by myself in a café when an alert call suddenly came from Fury about an alien invasion in the city. It was the remnants of Thanos' army. Dr. Strange, Wanda, and some of the members had cleared the people away from the area, but they needed the rest to keep the aliens from dispersing to other locations. We needed to hold them in until Carol Danvers, Thor, and some other outer space forces arrive to help. I was quite nervous considering it was the first major battle I fought together with the Avengers. At first, Nat and Steve were hesitant to let me participate. But with a very practical power I have, they had no choice but to send me as well. They told Tony to keep eyes on me. Tony assured them he would definitely do it without them telling him to. Once approved of participating, I suited up. My mask was already fixed, and the A.I. was back on. I named him MIKHAIL, as in My Incredibly Knowledgeable Helper-Assistant I Love. I used to pronounce it as mee-ha-eel, nowadays I just pronounce it as mee-kyle. I was assigned to the west side of Central Park. When I arrived there it was chaotic. I saw Dr. Strange fighting some of the armies.

"Sorry, I'm late," I told him when I approached.

"Think you could handle them?" Dr. Strange asked.

"I'll do my best!"

"Good. I'll check on the northwest side while you keep them inside the park," Dr. Strange ordered, "Whatever it takes, don't let them out."

"Understood."

I used everything I saw to keep them in. I opened a sinkhole on the ground then buried them alive. I made the tree branches to coil around some of them. There are bigger ones which were more difficult to handle. For those types, I smash them away using cars. I managed to snap the giant floating alien, called Leviathan, in half. Iron Man landed near me and helped me a bit for some moment.

"Hey, Aoi, you holding up good?" Tony asked.

"Yeah, I barely moved around," I shrugged, which was true since all I did was stand there while wishing for things to happen, "I'm not really tired yet."
