Chapter 14 : Nauseating

I spent the whole afternoon doing close to nothing, tried studying but was to distracted, I did speak to Peter but was lazy to go out with the rest of the gang. I didn't mention this but after Xavier left with a two - finger salute I got up to leave and saw a shiny thing under the receipt (which by the way he paid for) that caught my eye. A white and black bracelet sort of thing with a football charm in the middle. It's absolutely gorgeous and I'm debating on how to give it back to him.

Or should I?

Obviously.

But he did leave it under the receipt.

Ugh ! This is so confusing. I can't believe I'm worried about such a small thing to do with one stupid boy. I throw my head on the pillow and try not to think about Xavier's weird act. Hearing a series of pings on my phone, I  see messages from Bec, I'm still not sure weather to tell her about my encounter with Xavier it, isn't important and it's not like he will notice me at school, sighing I decide to reply.

Princess RJ the awesomeness :

Heyyy !!! How's ur wrist doin ???

Daenrys Swift :

I tell her I'm coming and we chat for a while before I felt hungry, what? Food is really important to me. I come into the kitchen my mother is busy chopping some fruit for this fancy salad dad likes. She asks for help and so I check the time, good half an hour before Becky comes. It'll take me less than 10 minutes to get ready.

My mother begins to talk to me about school and I stiffen a bit. How do you real your parents that you got into a fight with the football captain and most feared student at school? My parents are already upset with me about pretending to be a boy. They think I got hurt during practice and I'd like to keep it that way. The less they know the better.

"You're going out with the gang today?" Mum asks.

"Yeah, but the way you say it makes us sound like a pack of thieves," I reply.

"Well are you," I give her a look and she laughs, "I'm kidding . . . But you're not part of a gang right?"

Ladies and gentlemen this is my mother!

"What honey you can be pretty violent do you not remember the last time your brother and you got into a fight?"

I see dad come into the kitchen, he sees mum and I debating and backs away slowly. Bad timing old man.

"Daddy tell mum I'm not violent," I whine showing him my Puppy dog eyes. Who can resist green?

"Well . . . Uh um," Father stammers when he sees his wife's glares.
