At birth, gender is announced unless the gender is discovered through the ultrasounds. Depending on the verse there can be tests done to determine the child's dynamics (Alpha, Bata or Omega). In another, the child can be identified at birth or in another one the child needs to wait until they are about 12 to 24 years old to discover their dynamics. So basically, they all have 2 genders, the male/female gender and their dynamic.
