Heats and ruts

Omegas heats last as long as a woman's menstrual cycle, so from two to seven days, but most normal is 5 days. This either happens every month, every three months or even every six months. So, the maximum a year is twelve to least is two. These heats are natural and usually when the Omega hits puberty.

Alphas' ruts only happen when they meet an Omega in heat, so basically their hormones kick in and the get extremely horny. Once the Alpha is in a rut it is extremely difficult for the Alpha to control his instincts and not pounce on the Omega and fuck them into the abyss. Some Alphas however, who are stronger willed, older of had grown up around many Omegas have the ability to control themselves.

Batas however don't experience either, female Batas however experience a normal menstrual cycle like a normal human, male Batas don't experience ruts.
