How does birth work?

For Betas and female Omegas birth is just like in the real world, however, for male Omegas it is far more complicated. As the male Omegas uterus is not in the same position as the females, they cannot have a natural birth, this is where a c-section or a caesarean section happens, basically, with the help of anaesthetics they cut the Omega and pull the baby out from the womb, the anaesthetics help prevent the Omega from feeling any sort of pain.
