This quirk is confusing. So let me explain it:
This quirk can be active when the target is sleeping. As long as the target is sleeping you can gather their quirk while they are sleeping. You don't get rid of their quirk, you obtain the quick with equal stats. It can be activated by a touch.
This quirk also has it's individual strengths. It can put the target to sleep, it even can knock them out. You can see the power. If you were born under a dream catcher, the colors of that dream catcher are the colors that it is seen as.
The power is usually a cylinder winding around both of the user's arms or hands. Even though it is soft, it can harden like metal and we multiply.
So yeah, pretty overpowered-
