Quirk Name: Snowman
Type: Emitters
Description: This quirk allows the user, when wearing the usual essentials to a snowman (tophat, scarf, button-up, etc.), can manipulate snow and ice. The quirk only works when all of those accessories are touching/on the user, otherwise the quirk will not activate. The accessories do not have to be the exact same black top hat, red scarf, it could be different colors and sizes. The user can also give life to already-existing snowmans by hugging them and can command them around.
Drawbacks:
- All of the items must be on/touching the user. If one part of the outfit is not on the user/knocked off, the quirk all not be able to function.
- Giving life to a snowman majorly weakens the user and prohibits them from doing certain things with their body, since giving part of your soul to something usually does that. These effects are long-term and cannot be cured.
