Okay, this was in my zodiac book but whatever. This quirk allows the user to shoot metal strings out of their fingers that latch onto the target's main body parts (legs, arms, head).
Each finger controls a body part, for example, ring finger controls left arm, like a puppet. The user can also manipulate what the target says.
