Quirk Name: Water Dove
Type: Transformation
Description: This quirk allows the user to manipulate water into their own skin, making parts of their skin water, and cannot be harmed in that area where the water is. The water on the user's skin can be manipulated as well. While the quirk is active, the user will gain light blue (sky blue) wings that can be harmed easily. Any kind of water can be used to be implemented into their skin. As long as it is water, they can put it into their skin. This form called "Water Dove" can be active for up to 30 minutes before a 10-minute cooldown.
Drawbacks:
- "Water Dove"'s wings are small and fragile. Not the best for flying. (Maybe the wings are just for the looks? Who knows?)
- If the user is using the quirk for more this 30 minutes, the water left in the user's skin may stay there for 10-20 minutes.
