Quirk Name: Cry of the Phoenix
Type: Emitter
Description: This quirk allows the user to turn their tears into fire and manipulate them. The more the tears, to bigger the fire. The user can only turn 30 tears into fire at a time.
Drawbacks:
- If the user goes over the limit of tears they can turn into fire, their eyes will begin to burn.
- The user can only manipulate so much fire at a time. If they go over the limit of tears, to user will no longer be able to control the fire.
