Description: This quirk allows it's user to emit a (color) substance, so when in contact with a living human, plant, animal, or moving technology, it will put it to sleep and or knock it out completely.
Strengths:
- The substance can work on almost any moving thing.
- As long as the substance is on the thing, it will be asleep.
Drawbacks:
- The user can only produce a gallon of it at a time before having a cooldown.
- The substance can dry.
